General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, February 8, tease that Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) will demand Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) death while Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) explodes over Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) bedroom betrayal.
For starters, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will meet up with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and find that great minds think alike.
Drew may suggest they could use this time to talk now that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) is off trying to stop Peter.
Whatever the case, Sam will admit she was going to say the same thing – and soon after, she’ll have a deep conversation with Drew about their past, present and future.
There are definitely some unresolved feelings for Sam and Drew to work through.
Of course, Dante’s close call also seems to have made Sam realize just how much she cares about him.
That’ll further complicate this triangle as Sam tries to sort things out in that conflicted heart of hers.
Meanwhile, Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) will warn Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) that “there may be real hell to pay.”
Ned won’t want to play the blame game again, but he’ll definitely worry about the chain reaction that’s been set in motion.
Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will shout about how they don’t need confirmation.
Maxie just admitted to Dante and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) that “Bailey Quartermaine” is actually Louise August (London and Jett Prinzo-Berendt), so she’ll feel confident Peter is trying to vanish with her into the night.
Maxie will be determined to find Louise before that happens, but concerns about Louise will grow stronger.
Once Laura Collins (Genie Francis) gets updates on the spreading secret, she’ll also get reassurance from Robert Scoprio (Tristan Rogers).
Robert will insist that if the manhunt finds Peter, they’ll find the child, too.
Laura will do everything in her power to help as mayor, but it’ll definitely be a dire situation.
In the meantime, Peter will stand his ground when it comes to the final demand he just delivered.
Peter wants safe passage out of Port Charles with Louise, so he’ll count on Victor to come through for him.
Victor will have other plans based on Tuesday’s GH preview video. “Peter August dies,” Victor declares in that promo clip.
Over with Charlotte Cassadine (Amelie McLain), she’ll worry about her papa.
The longer Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is gone, the more fearful Charlotte will become.
Victor is holding Valentin captive, but he’ll have to release his son sooner or later.
Until then, Victor will work hard to take Peter down – and so will so many other determined PC residents.
On The Haunted Star, Carly will fly into a rage over what she just walked in on.
Now that Sonny and Nina have been busted in bed, Carly will want to give them both a piece of her mind.
Nina will no doubt get an earful for pouncing on Sonny the first chance she got.
Once Sonny scrambles to get dressed, he’ll try to explain himself on the deck outside.
Sonny will argue that he thought Carly wasn’t coming and that their marriage was over.
Of course, Carly may point out that Sonny wasted no time hopping in bed with Nina.
If Sonny was so quick to turn to his backup love interest, Carly may wonder what that says about their own relationship.
Carly won’t think she can fix a marriage with three people in it, especially with the image of Nina and Sonny sleeping together burned into her brain!
