General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, January 11, tease that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) will tackle a dating war will Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) extends an offer to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) will also threaten Laura Collins (Genie Francis), so here’s what GH fans can expect.
First, Marshall Ashford’s (Robert Gossett) attempt to explain won’t go over very well.
Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) won’t be willing to put up with Marshall beating around the bush, but it looks like his father will finally offer real answers in the end.
Of course, those answers may not be acceptable or even believable to Curtis. Marshall can’t wave a magic wand and erase the past, but honesty is his best shot at moving things in the right direction.
Over with Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner), she’ll hate everything Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) has had to endure because of Peter August (Wes Ramsey) – particularly this lengthy separation from her child.
Felicia believes Louise August was kidnapped, but Maxie knows her little girl is safe and living as “Bailey Quartermaine.”
That’s why Maxie will downplay Felicia’s concerns and suggest there’s nothing else she needs right now.
Maxie would certainly like to reunite with Louise as soon as possible, but she’ll remain optimistic that’s going to happen and try to be patient.
As for Austin, he’ll keep his promise to serve as Britt’s wingman.
GH spoilers say Britt and Austin will head out for a night on the town, so that’ll give them both a chance to mix and mingle with new dating options.
Austin will apparently think this is all fun and games, but Britt will assure him that dating is war!
Naturally, Britt and Austin may realize they’ve had a great time together by the end of their evening.
Perhaps Austin and Britt should be dating each other instead of trying to pick up new matches around Port Charles.
Next, Victor will let Laura know that she’d better get used to having him around. He’ll insist that something’s going to happen “all in due time” and contend that he’s not going anywhere.
Laura will be particularly worried about Victor’s influence on Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez), so she’ll definitely have to keep an eye on this tricky situation.
Speaking of tricky situations, Willow will pay Nina a visit and maybe hope there’s a peaceful path forward.
Willow might think there’s a chance for Nina to undo some of the damage that’s been done, but Nina won’t seem to think that’s possible.
Between Carly’s harassment and Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) continued grudge, Nina may not see how peace is possible at all.
However, Nina would love an opportunity to be in Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos’ (Viron Weaver) life, so she should at least listen to what Willow has to say.
Meanwhile, Sonny will make some sort of gesture and attempt to pull Carly closer again.
That could be a gift or sharing some memory to remind Carly of their love.
Unfortunately, Carly will still lash out at Sonny in Tuesday’s episode, January 11. Carly will refuse to pretend their life together isn’t falling apart, so Sonny and Carly will have more work to do when it comes to repairing their marriage.
General Hospital spoilers state that Sonny will remain torn between Carly and Nina, so his conflicted heart could lead to more trouble soon enough.
