General Hospital Spoilers: Tuesday, January 18 Update – Sasha’s Secret – Drew & Curtis’ Next Step – Felicia’s Peter News

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Tuesday, January 18, teases that Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will keep a secret while Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) work on taking the next step in their investigation. Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) will also have some Peter August (Wes Ramsey) news that adds to Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) guilt, so let’s talk about what’s ahead.

At GH, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) will have a chat about their personal lives.

Portia may admit things are moving right along with Curtis, so Terry may wish she could find love as well.

General Hospital spoilers say Portia will offer encouragement when it comes to finding Camelot.

Portia may think Terry just has to stay positive and trust that her dreams can come true.

Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) may also need a pep talk since her romance with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) just hit a snag.

Liz delayed her first date with Finn after she found her wedding ring in her locker, but Portia and Terry may wonder if she’s just looking for excuses not to move forward.

Although Liz shouldn’t feel pressured to date again if she’s not ready, she also shouldn’t hold herself back from another chance at happiness.

It’s a tricky situation that Terry and Portia will no doubt have some strong opinions on.

Next, Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) will accompany Epiphany Johnson (Sonya Eddy) on their dinner date – though Epiphany might insist on paying her own way.

She’ll tell Marshall she doesn’t want to hear any arguments about something, so she may push to split the the bill right down the middle.

Of course, Marshall would probably be happy to treat Epiphany to her meal, but he also knows better than to cross her by now!

These two should have a fun night, but what about the danger from Marshall’s past? There’s certainly still a chance for it to follow Marshall to the present.

That possibility will trouble Curtis as he shares the latest details with Drew, who’s been helping out with the investigation into Marshall’s history.

Drew will feel like Marshall trusted Curtis with the truth – or at least most of it. He’ll think that counts for something and may wonder if it means Curtis will embrace Marshall as his dad again.

However, Curtis doesn’t seem ready to do that – not until he can learn more about the threat Marshall was up against and make sure it’s not going to be one moving forward.

That key mob player could be the same person who shut down one of Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) suppliers, so we’ll see what Drew and Curtis can uncover as investigative partners.

Speaking of partners, TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) will offer to get in the boxing ring and spar with Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor).

TJ will wonder how Brando’s holding up after the death of his baby, so Brando may admit he’s hanging in there despite all the pain and anger.

Brando will be more concerned about Sasha, who’s throwing herself back into work and ignoring her sorrow.

Brando won’t feel like Sasha has a real outlet for all the tough emotions she’s feeling, but TJ won’t think Brando can be sure of that.

You could argue Sasha’s using her job as an outlet in a way. Sasha might have other coping strategies as well, so TJ may think Brando needs to give her time and space.

Meanwhile, Sasha will attend a yoga class with Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs), who’ll express concern about her.

Sasha will defend herself and perhaps shut Gladys down if she acts like Sasha isn’t mourning appropriately.

There’ll be some moment where Sasha looks rather distraught over something on her phone, so that could be a picture taken of Liam Corbin before he died.

Whatever the case, Sasha will definitely have a private battle with grief going on. She may prefer to keep the depth of her heartache a secret for now.

Can Sasha tackle that battle in a healthy way or could drugs become a factor again? That’s always a risk when someone’s been an addict, so Sasha will have to be careful not to head down that terrible path again.

Over with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), he’ll talk to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) about his decision to move in a new place with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton).

Dante will sense that maybe things are changing between Brook Lynn and Chase – like they’re becoming more than just co-parents.

However, Chase will shout that nothing can happen and perhaps leave Dante wondering what’s got him so upset.

Once Chase calms down and perhaps apologizes for his outburst, he may argue that he just doesn’t want to complicate things for “Bailey Quartermaine” aka Louise August’s (London and Jett Prinzo-Berendt) sake.

Back at yoga class, Felicia will bring Maxie up to speed on her confrontation with Peter, who dragged Felicia through the mud for being an MIA mom.

Maxie will reassure Felicia of her love, but she’ll worry about all the lies that keep piling up about Louise.

Even so, Maxie will remain committed to her deception – so much so that she flat-out refuses to go back to the cabin in Pautauk.

Maxie won’t want to risk it since Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) might recall something from their time in the woods.

The last thing Maxie needs is Austin putting the pieces together and complicating things even further.

Maxie will do her best to shut this whole trip down, but Felicia will side with Anna and do her best to talk Maxie into it.

GH spoilers say Maxie has more curveballs in her future, so stay tuned!
