General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, June 7, tease that Brando Corbin (temporarily played by Brad Schmidt) will investigate for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) while wild Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) gets an intervention. Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will also pressure Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), so let’s discuss what’s ahead.
First, Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) will insist now is not the time to turn away.
Since Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) is coming clean about his past and what led to him abandoning his family, Stella will make sure everyone sticks together through the revelations.
Marshall admitted he was diagnosed with schizophrenia, so that no doubt led to concerns about how his condition would affect his wife and kids.
Curtis still won’t understand why Marshall didn’t come back years ago, but Marshall will have an explanation for that, too.
Perhaps by the time Marshall felt his schizophrenia was adequately controlled through the proper meds, fear of rejection still prevented him from reaching out.
Marshall might’ve been running from other problems by then as well, so it was definitely a complex situation.
While Curtis and Marshall talk things out, Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) and Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) will barge in a hungover Britt’s hotel suite.
After Brad welcomes Britt to her intervention, he’ll work to give her a wakeup call along with Liesl. It’s clear that Britt needs to get her act together, so Obrecht and Brad will hope to propel her down the right path.
At one point, Liesl will look at Britt’s phone and acknowledge something particularly devastating.
That could mean Britt’s been staring at a picture of Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) or perhaps drunk-texting other guys looking for a hookup.
Whatever the case, Brad and Obrecht will hope to stop Britt from spiraling any further out of control.
Next, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will react to a counterproposal from Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth), who may admit Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) made a proposition of his own.
The fact that Ned’s even entertaining an offer from Valentin should send Michael flying into a rage.
Michael will indeed lash out and argue that if Ned loses sight of what’s at stake here, then they’ll all lose.
Ned may not see it that way since Michael isn’t giving him the respect he deserves.
It could leave Ned ready to team up with Valentin unless Michael can find a compromise that works for both of them.
As for Carly, she’ll push Drew to accept her help.
Carly wants to buy Aurora stock to drive up the price and make sure they save ELQ, but Drew may remind her that it’s not entirely up to him.
Even if Drew gets on board, Michael doesn’t like the idea of Carly risking her own money.
Maybe if Carly can convince Drew, he can also convince Michael to let her be a key investor.
At the boxing gym, Brando will talk to Sonny about some suspicious incidents.
There’ll be a couple problems to address – and Sonny will think he knows who’s behind both of them.
Sonny may point the finger at Dex (Evan Hofer) and get Brando to back him up.
GH spoilers suggest Brando will also have a hunch that Dex is shady, so he’ll have an offer for Sonny.
This will lead to Brando investigating with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), which will put Dex on the hot seat later this week.
Dex has ulterior motives, so it should be revealed that he’s working for one of Sonny’s enemies soon enough.
General Hospital spoilers say Sonny will unleash his wrath on Dex in the coming episodes, so don’t miss all the drama!
