General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Tuesday, March 29, teases that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will make a dangerous vow while Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) panics over Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) roomie. Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) will also spill to Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy), so several Port Charles residents will face shockers.
GH fans know Spencer is worried Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) might be pregnant.
Since Spencer will open up to Victor on Tuesday’s episode, maybe he’ll spill the secret.
Spencer might admit he’s terrified of being a father and doesn’t want this permanent tie to Esme.
Of course, Victor is all about family, so he may advise Spencer to step up and put his fears aside if there’s indeed a Cassadine baby on the way.
Meanwhile, Esme will continue to turn on the charm with Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma).
Esme will praise Nikolas for being so kind and won’t know what she did to deserve it.
Nikolas will continue to take pity on Esme, who’s grateful since he’s giving her a place to stay.
Although Esme would rather move in Wyndemere, she’s settling for the room over Kelly’s for the time being.
Esme is working with Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) on a plot to break Nikolas and Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) up, so this will just be another step toward the inevitable “Nava” split.
As for Ava, she’ll head to the police station once she hears about Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) arrest.
Ava will certainly side with Trina and know Esme must be behind this, even if neither one of them can prove it yet.
General Hospital spoilers say Ava will want to bring Esme down, so Esme will need to keep Nikolas in her corner and use that to create a rift in his marriage.
Once Laura Collins (Genie Francis) makes it to the PCPD, she’ll hear all the details of the case – especially the part about Trina and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) blaming Esme.
Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) will bring the mayor up to speed, so Laura may pay Trina a visit and get her version of events.
Laura will also confront Esme about the video down the road, but right now Laura will just want to gather the facts and try to make sense of the situation.
Esme will feel like she’s on top of the world, but Sonny won’t be happy about Josslyn’s best friend going down for a crime she didn’t commit.
That means Sonny’s going to have a tense sit-down with Esme this week and push for an admission of guilt.
Until then, it seems Sonny will be troubled over something else.
Sonny will feel the need to confide in Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), so it should be something that affects their whole family.
Selina Wu (Lydia Look) wants to pretend she’s playing nice, but she’s probably not satisfied with her Corinthos alliance.
Selina may be plotting to take over Sonny’s territory as well – and Sonny may sense that a Wu family threat is on the horizon.
Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) has also been causing some problems, so that’s another situation for Sonny to keep an eye on.
No matter what Sonny shares with Carly, she’ll trust that he’ll handle it the only way he knows how.
Sonny is the kind of guy who’ll fight back with a gun if you pull a knife.
Sonny will promise to protect the people he loves no matter what, so more mob drama could be looming soon enough.
Next, Sam will show up looking for Alexis and find Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) at the door instead.
That’ll lead to the news that Alexis and Harmony are now housemates, so Sam certainly won’t approve.
Sam will grow increasingly worried about Harmony’s presence in Alexis’ life.
Sam just doesn’t trust Harmony, but Alexis obviously gets the final say on who lives with her.
Once Harmony and Alexis are alone again, there’ll be questions about where things stand.
Harmony may want to know if Alexis is letting all the naysayers get to her, but Alexis will stick to her guns for now.
Nevertheless, it’s strange that Harmony knew the carpet cleaner was in the basement.
Harmony is more familiar with Alexis’ house than she’s letting on, so the show’s on the verge of revealing why in a flashback.
There’s a sinister secret in Harmony’s past – one that just might involve being responsible for Neil Byrne’s (Joe Flanigan) murder!
Did Harmony put Neil’s overdose death in motion for Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober)?
General Hospital spoilers say the action’s about to heat up in Port Charles, so stay tuned.
