General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Tuesday, March 8, reveals that Peter August (Wes Ramsey) had a creepy delivery for Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) while Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) had a verbal outburst. Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) also pulled off a big win, so here’s how it all went down on Tuesday’s GH episode.
At PCU, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) acted like Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) was responsible for the cabin video leak.
Trina pointed the finger back at Esme, who denied it and thought Trina had anger issues.
When Esme suggested Trina was dysfunctional, Trina called Esme a “conniving bitch” and flew into even more of a rage.
Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) said they weren’t Esme’s friends before Cameron Webber (William Lipton) called her toxic and told her to get out.
After Esme was gone, Josslyn kept trying to figure out how Esme got the video.
Joss wished that night had never happened, though she quickly clarified to Cam that she didn’t mean what happened between them.
Things got worse when Trina realized the video had been uploaded to an X-rated website.
Josslyn reeled over going viral and eventually left looking rather bewildered with Cameron.
As they headed out, Trina assured Joss and Cam that she was there for them.
At Spring Ridge, Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) approached Ryan and learned more about the blinking system he used to communicate with Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel).
Ryan refused to blink any response to his brother, which left Kevin rather unsettled.
Harmony later expressed surprise over Ryan picking Wuthering Heights as the book he wanted her to read.
Harmony mentioned how the hero of the story was actually consumed by obsession and revenge.
Ryan stared at Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) during his visit with Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez), who decided to extend an olive branch because of Victor.
After discussing Courtney Matthews (Alicia Leigh Willis) and what Nikolas wanted to say at her grave, Spencer made progress in mending his relationship with his father.
Nikolas vowed to visit again and hoped to build on this turning point.
After Esme showed up, she got an apology for Spencer’s recent insensitivity regarding her dead adoptive parents.
Spencer also knew Esme was sensitive when it came to Trina, so he vowed not to bring her up so much.
Esme insisted she had legitimate concerns about Spencer’s intimate bond with Trina and pointed out how they kept secrets.
Spencer flashed back to asking Trina to keep his secret in the cemetery, but he reassured Esme in the present.
Esme eventually brought up the scandalous video and how Trina was behind it.
Esme claimed Josslyn and Cameron accused her until it became clear Trina was to blame, but Spencer didn’t think Trina would do something like that.
Esme argued that maybe Spencer didn’t know Trina as well as he thought he did.
After Spencer texted Trina to check on her, he headed back for a routine room check – leaving Esme alone to speak with Ryan.
Esme thought Ryan seemed like he was in distress and wondered if he needed anything.
Ryan spoke through gritted teeth as he demanded to know “what the hell” Esme was doing. That left Esme looking alarmed over Ryan’s rage.
When Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) showed up at Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) penthouse during a strategy session with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Laura Collins (Genie Francis), he was invited to join their secret mission.
Dante said he was in and got updates on the details after Laura left to meet Kevin.
Sam, Drew and Dante then discussed how they needed to put another wrong tarot card in Victor’s hands.
That way, Drew could pretend he’d been activated and find out what Victor wanted to know.
Sam decided dead Peter could offer the bait through his personal effects.
They talked about how they’d make sure Victor knew Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) had been given Peter’s belongings.
Dante made a call and realized there was a snag since the personal effects had already been sent to someone other than Maxie.
Meanwhile, Maxie met up with Britt at the Metro Court and let her enjoy some quality time with Bailey Louise Jones (London and Jett Prinzo-Berendt).
After Maxie asked forgiveness for all the secrecy, Britt understood and was grateful that Maxie was back along with Bailey.
Talk turned to Maxie’s desire to pursue something with Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth), though she definitely wanted to take things slow.
Maxie tried to give Britt her own nudge back into the dating pool, but Britt put up a fight.
Later, someone showed up with a letter and a package for Britt. She quickly realized this is all that was left of Peter August.
Back with Laura, she learned from Kevin that he was uneasy over Ryan not wanting to communicate with him.
Laura also talked about Victor and how he had a knack for evading justice.
Laura admitted she’d settle for getting Victor out of town and away from her loved ones.
Laura mentioned Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) trip to Austria and how she wanted to go as well.
Laura still felt a sense of loyalty to Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary), but she knew she was needed in Port Charles and intended to stay put.
At Wyndemere, Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) invited Victor to have tea with her since Nikolas wasn’t there.
Victor agreed and admitted his concerns about the private vow renewal. Victor was all about family unity and didn’t want Spencer feeling shut out.
Ava ultimately agreed it could be a family affair if Nikolas was on board.
Nikolas seemed wary once he showed up and heard the latest news, but he admitted Victor’s influence worked out well for him today.
Although Nikolas was concerned about Victor’s secrets, Victor acted like bringing the family together was his ulterior motive.
Once Nikolas and Ava both signed off on a larger recommitment ceremony, Victor was thrilled and raised a glass to their family celebration.
General Hospital spoilers say Victor definitely has more tricks up his sleeve, so don’t miss what’s in store!
