General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Tuesday, May 3, reveals that Georgie Spinelli (Lily Fisher) wanted rid of Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) new man – and Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) said Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) name after a setback. Let’s talk about how all Tuesday’s GH drama went down.
After slinking up to a hotel suite in disguise, Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) found Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) waiting for her in bed following his trip out of town.
After they enjoyed a steamy reconnection, Martin and Lucy decided to go public with their relationship – no matter how Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) reacted.
Meanwhile, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) make-out session kept getting interrupted with phone calls and texts from their kids.
Finn decided to head back to his suite next door, but he accepted a key card in case he needed to get back in Liz’s room.
After Liz showered, she found a mess since the pillows had been ripped open and the stuffing was everywhere.
Liz yelled for Finn, who ran over and helped Liz explain things to Officer Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse) once he arrived.
Although the door was locked, Liz admitted to forgetting the security latch.
The nearby cameras hadn’t caught anyone on the staircase or elevator, so Finn hoped the cops would check all the rooms on the floor and seemed perplexed over how someone could just disappear.
Once Liz met up with Lucy later, she wanted the name of the medium Lucy had previously recommended.
As for Valentin, he reassured someone about doing what needed to be done over the phone.
Valentin then ran into Martin looking cozy with Lucy, but he wished them the best and was no longer interested in standing in their way romantically.
At The Savoy, Nina realized Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) hadn’t heard the news about Harmony’s accident, so she filled him in.
Sonny didn’t think he’d be welcomed any more than Nina would after the fight he had with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).
Nina hoped there was a chance for reconciliation, but Sonny wasn’t optimistic since they said things they couldn’t take back.
Sonny added that Michael disrespected him, which wasn’t something he could easily forgive.
After the mood lightened, Sonny invited Nina to dance with him.
They shared a rather seductive one, so the nearby bartenders teased Nina and Sonny about Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) adding a floorshow.
At GH, Harmony was breathing on her own, but she was in and out of consciousness.
TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) hoped they could eventually try to finish the surgery that had been halted and let Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) know that Harmony was still in critical condition.
Willow was allowed to visit again, but TJ warned about how important it was to keep Harmony calm or else it might cause a setback she couldn’t recover from.
After Willow approached the ICU bed, Harmony woke up and got updates as she tried to tell Willow how sorry she was.
Although Harmony had something else to tell Willow, her machines went haywire until TJ got someone in there to give her a sedative.
Willow pushed Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) to just tell her what the secret is, but Carly sent Willow off for a walk and some fresh air instead.
When Harmony caught a glimpse of Carly lurking outside her window, she gestured for her to come inside.
Carly appeared and admitted that although Willow knew about Harmony’s attacks, she didn’t know Harmony wasn’t her biological mother.
After Carly said Willow deserved the truth, Harmony managed to stammer out something about Nina.
In a moment alone with TJ, Michael marveled at how he was able to separate his personal and professional feelings since Harmony tried to kill Molly Lansing-Davis’ (Haley Pullos) mom.
TJ pointed out that he took an oath to do no harm – and beyond that, even people who made big mistakes were still people.
By focusing on the humanity aspect, TJ was able to do his part.
Michael acted like maybe it’d be better for Harmony to die under the circumstances, but TJ felt like Willow needed more answers.
Even so, Michael didn’t think he could forgive Harmony and couldn’t help but feel like Willow would be better off without her.
After talking to Carly about that, Michael insisted he didn’t want a relationship with Sonny and wouldn’t take anything his father offered.
Willow remained eager to find out the whole truth, but Michael sat with her alone later and felt like maybe it was best for her to be in the dark right now.
That way, Willow could focus on Harmony’s recovery.
At home, Maxie admitted to having a lot on her plate between the kids and her career developments.
Maxie acknowledged that she was moving into something quickly after all the Peter August (Wes Ramsey) chaos, but she nixed Austin Gatlin Holt’s (Roger Howarth) suggestion of returning to friendship.
Maxie kissed Austin passionately instead, but they were caught by a disapproving Georgie after she woke up hungry.
Georgie was rude to Austin, so Maxie urged her daughter to please be nice to her friend.
However, Austin decided he should go – and Georgie was definitely eager for that to happen!
General Hospital spoilers say Maxie could have a hard time getting Georgie on board with her new romance.
