General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, November 1, tease that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will make a bold move while Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) suspects Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright) secret. Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) will also predict disaster, so let’s talk about what’s in store.
For starters, there’ll be some fun Halloween festivities in Port Charles. Several PC residents will gather, so that’ll give Sam a chance to run into Carly and catch up with her.
Carly will reflect on her trip to Jacksonville, but Sam will find something peculiar. It looks like Carly will barely mention Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) in her story, so Sam will get suspicious considering he was such a big help.
Although Carly was hoping to keep her romance with Drew a secret for a while, Sam may suspect there’s more than friendship going on. Of course, Sam is happy with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), so she may assure Carly that she just wants Drew to be happy, too.
Next, Sonny will have a tense encounter with someone, so it could be with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). Sonny will insist this person’s boundaries aren’t working for him anymore, so it sounds like Michael may get an earful.
Regardless, Sonny will make a bold move later when he approaches Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) with an offer. Robert will turn down Sonny’s proposal and apparently come up with one of his own, but Holly will fear Robert’s making a mistake – one that could backfire disastrously!
Naturally, Robert’s plan will involve helping Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and taking down Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy), but Holly may try to talk him out of it. Unfortunately, Holly is keeping some secrets of her own and really can’t be trusted.
Speaking of secrets, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will push for answers in Monterey, so Jeff Webber (William Moses) and Carolyn Webber (Denise Crosby) will finally give her some.
That means Liz is about to face some stunning news – most likely related to Reiko Finn (Mele Ihara) and that staircase tumble from all those years ago. GH spoilers say Liz’s world will be turned upside down, so she’ll definitely have to wrap her head around some shockers.
Back in Port Charles, Drew will need a favor from Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). It turns out Drew will need some advice, so Alexis will offer some before turning her attention to more pressing matters.
“The Hook” will send Alexis a letter and make it crystal clear that the attacks weren’t random. It won’t be long until Alexis alerts the cops and gets some backup since she’s dealing with a deranged killer.
However, there could be another scary lunatic on the loose soon since Heather Webber (Alley Mills) seems poised to escape from the hospital!
Once Anna is back in lockup, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will pay her a visit and offer support. Anna will seem awfully down as she talks about her future not being certain, but Finn will try to lift her spirits.
In Switzerland, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will quiz Laura Collins (Genie Francis) about her surprise rescue. Laura just showed up dressed as a nun and attacked Victor’s guard, but this was more than a case of divine intervention.
Laura will explain that Anna told her Valentin and Charlotte Cassadine (Amelie McLain) might be in trouble, so she did what she could to help. Some great scenes are still to come as Laura and Valentin team up, so stick with us for more updates.
