General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Tuesday, November 1, teases that Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will unearth a buried Reiko Finn (Mele Ihara) bombshell while Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) seeks help from Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will also cry to Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton), so here’s what GH fans will see next.
In lockup, Anna will be feeling pretty hopeless now that she’s been denied bail. Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) has done everything he can to make sure Anna goes down for Lucy Coe’s (Lynn Herring) murder, so she’ll be disheartened when Finn visits.
Anna will insist that in situations like hers, the future isn’t a sure thing. Although Finn will do whatever he can to cheer Anna up, she’ll get teary and struggle to cope.
Of course, Anna is also worried about Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Charlotte Cassadine (Amelie McLain), so that’ll add to her distress. Fortunately, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) just came through for Anna by riding to Valentin’s rescue in a nun disguise.
After Laura updates Valentin on Anna’s SOS call, they’ll join forces. Laura and Valentin will find common ground since they both want to protect Charlotte and take Victor down.
Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) will also want to destroy Victor, but he apparently won’t agree with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) plan to achieve that. We’ll see Robert reject Sonny’s proposal and go in a different direction, but Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) will sound the alarm.
Holly will see the potential for catastrophe if Robert’s scheme backfires. This will be a blunder of epic proportions from Holly’s perspective, so she may offer an alternative strategy.
Sadly, there are some strange things happening with Holly, who hasn’t been completely honest with Robert. GH spoilers hint that Robert is putting too much trust in his former flame, so some Holly drama will erupt down the road.
Until then, Drew will turn to Alexis for assistance. When Drew shows up at The Invader, Alexis will quickly realize there must be something specific that he wants.
While Alexis pushes Drew to spill, it seems Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will do the same. Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will spot Sam during the Halloween celebration in town, but she’ll behave suspiciously as far as Sam’s concerned.
Sam will notice that Carly is leaving Drew out of her Jacksonville story, which will be weird since that was the whole point of his trip. Drew has been devoted to helping Carly for a while now, so Sam won’t get why Carly’s acting so cagey.
At some point, Sam may realize Carly and Drew are now out of friendship territory. It could dawn on Sam that Carly’s uncomfortable and perhaps worried about her reaction.
However, Sam has moved on from Drew and should be fine with him moving on as well. Since Sam and Carly are on good terms these days, Sam surely won’t mind if she finds out about Carly and Drew’s romance.
Back with Sonny, he’ll get fed up with someone’s boundaries. Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) seems like the most reasonable option here, so Sonny may lash out at his son in another heated moment.
General Hospital spoilers say Sam will play peacemaker for a couple of feuding PC residents, so she may break up Sonny and Michael’s fight.
As for Alexis, she’ll receive a disturbing letter from “The Hook.” The attacks in Port Charles have been cold and calculated, so this villain will reveal an agenda and plan for more victims.
Cameron Webber (William Lipton) could land in danger later this week, so Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will be terrified for him soon.
In the meantime, Heather Webber (Alley Mills) will plot her GH escape, so we’ll see if she’s actually able to make a break for it.
In Monterey, Jeff Webber (William Moses) and Carolyn Webber (Denise Crosby) will offer a shocking explanation. Liz will find out another major piece of the puzzle, so this could involve a bombshell related to Reiko’s staircase fall.
