General Hospital Spoilers: Tuesday, November 15 Recap – Liz Blasts Nik for Esme Pregnancy – Delirious Dex Flirts with Josslyn

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Tuesday, November 15, reveals that Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) blasted Nikolas Cassadine (temporarily played by Adam Huss) while delirious Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) flirted with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). Here’s how all the GH action played out.

When Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) spotted Leo Quartermaine (Easton Rocket Sweda) outside the Quartermaine gatehouse, he sensed something was wrong.

Leo worried that Drew and Michael were mad at him because of their feud with Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth).

After Drew reassured Leo that wasn’t the case, Leo hoped that Drew and Michael could make up with his dad.

Meanwhile, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) talked to Michael about tracking down her biological family since a relative would be her best shot at a bone marrow donor match.

Once Drew brought Leo to the door, Leo could see for himself that Michael wasn’t mad and rushed over to show Willow some leaves he found.

Drew explained the situation to Michael and suggested they needed to find a way to fix things with Ned.

After Leo went back outside to play, Drew spotted the commune info Willow had been looking at.

Willow said she was trying to track down her bio family and acknowledged that it was tough since Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) hadn’t been very truthful.

Drew flashed back to Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) admitting Harmony told her Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) was Willow’s birth mom – and then he flashed to Carly claiming the DNA results proved Nina wasn’t a match.

Drew hinted about Harmony’s penchant for deception, so Willow said she wasn’t aware he knew her that well.

However, Drew suggested just knew Harmony had a reputation for being dishonest.

Since Willow didn’t have a lot to go on and could use some backup, Drew offered to help with her biological family investigation.

At the Metro Court, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) introduced Brick (Stephen A. Smith) to Nina, who got called away to deal with some chef problems in the kitchen.

Sonny told Brick that he was thinking of promoting Dex, though there was a setback with the Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) mission that left Dex in the wind.

Fortunately, Sonny felt better about things after receiving Dex’s email about being in touch soon.

Sonny later sent a message back, so Leo heard Dex’s dropped phone ding and picked it up in the wooded area near the Quartermaine gatehouse.

Outside Josslyn’s dorm room, she faced Carly’s questions about what was going on. Josslyn ultimately let Carly in her room and revealed that she’d been hiding Dex – though he wouldn’t tell her what happened.

Taking Dex to the hospital would lead to them reporting the gunshot wound, so Joss ruled that out and didn’t think turning to Sonny was a good option either.

Carly was upset over Josslyn lying about being with friends last night and filled her in on the latest Esme danger. As for the Dex dilemma, Carly agreed to help her since she could tell he had an infection and needed antibiotics.

That led to Carly calling Brick, who excused himself from his table with Sonny and Nina.

Carly had a request for Brick and eventually met up with him in a hotel suite, so Nina watched Carly enter and looked suspicious.

Back with Dex, he called Josslyn beautiful and compared her to a warrior guardian angel.

Josslyn put her hand on Dex’s chest and acknowledged that he wouldn’t remember saying that since he was delirious, but she smiled since she would remember.

At Wyndemere, Elizabeth demanded answers about Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) and feared Nikolas had killed her.

Nikolas confessed that Esme was locked up there, but Liz didn’t understand why he wouldn’t just send her to prison.

Since Elizabeth insisted on seeing Esme for herself, Nikolas took her to the north tower.

Liz saw that Esme was pregnant and was shocked to learn Nikolas had held her captive for weeks.

Nikolas justified his actions by blaming all the hook attacks on Esme, including one on himself when she tried to escape.

Liz headed back downstairs with Nikolas and wondered if Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) knew about the baby.

Nikolas said Spencer wasn’t the father, so Elizabeth wondered who was.

Thanks to Nikolas’ ashamed reaction, Liz realized he knocked Esme up himself and lashed out over Nik sleeping with his son’s girlfriend.

Nikolas knew it was a mistake, but he needed Liz to keep quiet about all this.

Before Elizabeth could decide what to do, she got a phone notification and had to rush off.

Up in the north tower again, Esme fumed over Liz’s lack of help.

Since Esme needed leverage, she decided she’d have to convince Nikolas that it was “bye-bye, baby” if he didn’t treat her right.

Nikolas later returned to Esme and let her know this had to end now.

At the hospital, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) punched Jeff Webber (William Moses) and then reported himself for misconduct over the phone.

Jeff tried to offer excuses for the affair with Reiko Finn (Mele Ihara), but Finn scoffed at them.

Finn also ripped into Jeff for forcing Liz to bury her trauma and shipping her off.

Jeff acted like he made the best decision he could along with Carolyn Webber (Denise Crosby), but Finn ranted about everything Liz had been through and felt this was still affecting her in the present day.

Soon after, Liz showed up to find Finn clashing with Jeff and looked uneasy.

General Hospital spoilers say Elizabeth has much more turmoil ahead of her, so don’t miss what’s in store.
