General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) cover-up may stop Esme Prince’s (Avery Kristen Pohl) family reunion. Will Victor lie to Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) after finding Esme’s biological parents?
Victor was hesitant to help Spencer go down this road anyway since family reunions can sometimes turn into disasters.
However, Spencer argued that Victor’s reunion with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) worked out well and ultimately got the help he needed.
Now Victor intends to use his many resources and contacts to track down Esme’s birth parents.
Since Victor is such a powerful guy, he’s probably going to uncover the truth.
Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) claims to be Esme’s true father, but there’s a good chance he’s simply manipulated her into believing that.
Instead, all the hints about Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) not having a biological child with Mac Scorpio (John J. York) could build to them having one after all.
It seems likely that Esme is Mac and Felicia’s daughter, so Victor could easily find out that shocker.
Unfortunately, Victor is a man of many secrets and schemes. Will Victor really just hand over the information to Spencer and have that be the end of it?
Victor liked Esme well enough once upon a time, but things changed after that pregnancy scare.
Now Victor seemingly views Esme as a dangerous wildcard who’s perhaps beneath the Cassadines.
Victor might fear that revealing Felicia and Mac as Esme’s birth parents would keep her around.
Not to mention Victor rarely does favors for anyone outside his family. Victor isn’t someone who’d want to reunite Esme with Mac and Felicia out of the kindness in his heart.
There’s also the matter of Esme’s betrayal with Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma), which will ultimately be exposed.
That’s going to infuriate Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) and could perhaps leave Victor feeling vengeful on her behalf.
Victor may hide the real story behind Esme’s bio mom and dad, especially if he winds up marrying Ava following her divorce.
Laura Collins (Genie Francis) talked about trying to have Victor deported, so he might tie the knot with Ava to stay in the country.
In that case, Victor will be in Ava’s debt and may aid her revenge on Esme by hiding her biological parents.
Bottom line, Victor will have great reasons to keep quiet if his investigation works and actually leads to a discovery of Esme’s true origins.
General Hospital spoilers say Spencer may be deceived thanks to his decision to bring Victor into this, but we’ll see how it all plays out.
