General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) may target Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) to access Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) memories. Will the reactivation secret bring grave danger?
Drew was surprised after Carly disrupted his meeting with Victor and took such a huge risk.
Things could’ve gone sideways fast if Drew had genuinely been reactivated.
Carly didn’t believe Drew would hurt her, but he acknowledged that he might’ve.
When Drew’s conditioning is a factor, there’s nothing he can do. Drew just wakes up horrified after obeying orders, so it’s a terrifying experience all around.
Of course, that conversation included some secret spillage on GH’s March 18 episode.
Drew told Carly which tarot cards work and what phrases need to be used, which honestly seems like a bad call.
Other than Drew, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and now Carly are the only living people who know this sequence.
If Victor finds out they’re the keepers of such valuable information, that could put one or both women in danger.
However, we want to focus on Carly since she’s clearly Drew’s love interest at this point.
Carly assured Drew that she’d never take away his freewill, but what if Victor threatens her children?
Victor has ways of making people talk and could pry the truth out of Carly.
It’s easy to imagine a scenario where Carly’s forced to divulge that Victor needs the tower card for reactivation.
Victor could then activate Drew and order him to kill Carly!
Once Victor has what he wants, he may think Carly will just get in the way.
After all, Carly already barged in on the bridge meeting and threatened to livestream the whole thing.
Carly got on Victor’s bad side and may pay the price for it eventually.
Since Drew expressed his fear about hurting Carly, that seems like a huge hint that he’ll land in a situation where it’s possible.
Naturally, it could also lead to Carly’s love getting through to Drew when others couldn’t.
Maybe Carly will be the one to break Drew’s conditioning – no tarot card required!
Bottom line, Drew gave info to Carly that he shouldn’t have given her.
That info could put Carly in harm’s way if Victor figures out she has it and targets her as a result.
