General Hospital Spoilers: Wednesday, April 27 Recap – Harmony’s Escape Ends in Car Accident – Sasha Busted with Drugs

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Wednesday, April 27, reveals that Harmony Miller’s (Inga Cadranel) escape ended in a car accident. A photographer also managed to bust Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) with drugs, so Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) acted fast and set off an unfortunate chain reaction.

At the nail salon, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) brought an excited Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) in.

Violet liked the color of Ava Jerome Cassadine’s (Maura West) nails and wanted the same, but Ava suggested adding a design since that’s what Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) liked.

While Violet was picking one out, Ava commented on Finn being a good dad.

They bonded over their daughters and how they wanted to protect them before Finn got his nails painted at Violet’s request.

At the boxing gym, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) noticed Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) taking his frustration out on the punching bag.

After Sonny pointed out that some things were better left in the past, he truly hoped Curtis and Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) could fix their relationship.

Curtis argued it might be too late for that considering Marshall left town.

Sonny acted like Marshall could be tracked down and suggested Curtis shouldn’t give up.

At The Savoy, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) talked about Curtis not returning their calls.

After Portia found out about the job offer blowup, she wasn’t sure that’d be enough to drive Marshall out of the picture.

Drew thought maybe Curtis uncovered something else, but he understood Curtis’ desire to keep Portia at a distance – just in case Marshall’s past really was dangerous.

Curtis eventually showed up with an apology for going MIA and had something to tell Portia.

Next, Sasha showed up at the Metro Court Gardens, where Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) was celebrating Deception’s success with Gladys, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms).

Sasha wasn’t eager to join the party, but she plastered on a smile and acted like she was having fun anyway.

After stepping away from the others, Brook Lynn and Maxie agreed that Sasha was only pretending to have a good time.

Maxie questioned Austin Gatlin Holt’s (Roger Howarth) delay in getting there, so Brook Lynn acted like maybe he was blowing her off again.

Brook Lynn thought maybe striking it big at Deception had affected things, but Maxie didn’t like Austin was the type to care about money.

However, Brook Lynn disagreed since in her experience, men were either threatened by her trust fund or wanted to help her spend it.

Austin wound up interrupting with an apology since he had a tough patient and then got stuck in traffic.

Back with Sasha, she was stunned by a photographer who wouldn’t stop snapping pictures.

After Sasha rushed from the table and tried to sneak a pill, the photographer caught her. He took more pics of Sasha with the drug baggie she dropped and picked up one of the pills.

However, Gladys came to Sasha’s rescue by swiping the guy’s camera and taking out the memory card.

The photographer got chewed out by some of the other ladies, but he ultimately became determined to get his memory card back.

Sasha got in her car with Gladys on the passenger side.

They sped away from the photographer who was chasing them while Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) was summoned to Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) apartment.

Nina felt that Sasha was fragile and worried she could lose Brando after what happened at Charlie’s Pub.

Nina tried to help Brando see that it was hard for Sasha to invest in happiness after losing Liam Corbin – though she admitted maybe she could be projecting some of her own issues.

Brando appreciated Nina reaching out since Gladys also thought Sasha was in more pain than she was letting on.

Nina wanted to help Sasha and offered to support Brando in his efforts.

By the cliff, Harmony tried to strangle Alexis Davis (temporarily played by Stephanie Erb), who managed to wiggle free.

Harmony then tried to bash Alexis’ head in with a rock, but Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) shoved Harmony away and struggled with her.

Once Harmony realized her latest double murder plot wasn’t going to work, she bolted.

Although Alexis called 911, Carly was concerned about Harmony getting to Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Viron Weaver).

Officer Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse) arrived and got updates on what had gone down, but Carly remained concerned about Harmony escaping if she made it to the highway.

Back with Harmony, she looked at a picture of Willow and Wiley on her phone.

Harmony felt they were all she had left, so she refused to let them be taken from her.

After Harmony ran in the road, she landed in the path of Sasha’s car. Sasha tried to veer away at the last second, but it seemed like it was far too late!

At GH, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) grilled one of the beaten thugs that Sonny had dealt with, but he couldn’t get him to talk.

The other robber had vanished, so Dante brought all this info to Sonny at the boxing gym and got nothing out of him.

Sonny played dumb and acted like bad things happen, but Dante hoped this would be the end of it.

TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) was also surprised to receive a package, which contained Marshall’s clarinet.

In the note that went with it, Marshall mentioned their previous conversation about a surgical team being like a symphony and offered his clarinet as a gift.

General Hospital spoilers say Curtis has more family drama in his future, so stay tuned.
