General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, April 6, tease that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will have a surprise showdown while Stella Henry’s (Vernee Watson) scary collapse causes concern. Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) will also deliver a dangerous order, so here’s what GH fans can expect.
At Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) place, she’ll meet with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) to discuss the next step in Victor’s takedown.
Anna will admit they’ve got her attention – and Sam will reveal that they’ve uncovered something.
There’s no word on what that something might be just yet, but it looks like it’ll kick off yet another undercover mission for Anna and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner).
In the meantime, Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) will speak with Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) alone again and perhaps up the ante when it comes to her threats.
Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) advised Ava to hang onto her marital property and plant her flag, so Ava decided she knew exactly what to do.
Ava came barging back in and will soon deliver what Nikolas suspects is another ultimatum.
As for Esme, she’ll speak with Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) privately and hope that maybe there’s a path forward for them.
Spencer will continue to struggle since he doesn’t trust Esme, but he also can’t seem to shake the hold she has on him.
Next, Laura will corner Victor at the Metro Court and voice her displeasure.
Victor will ask what exactly he said that upset Laura so much, but it may be less about exact statements and more about his influence overall.
Laura will remain uneasy over Victor’s sway with Spencer and may warn Victor so back off.
Of course, Victor has no intention of bailing on one of the few family members who actually respects him, so Laura will be out of luck for now.
Victor will also send a text at one point – a message about getting something done ASAP.
Victor will grow impatient, so this might tie in with his plan to set someone else up for Luke Spencer’s (Anthony Geary) murder.
At the boxing gym, Sonny will receive another surprising visitor.
Someone will push Sonny to do something, so he’ll seem rather menacing as he asks what happens if he says no.
That visitor could be Victor if he decides to approach Sonny again and change up his tactics.
On the other hand, it might be Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) if he shows up calling for a truce or to remind Sonny that he should stay away from his family.
Whatever the case, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will have a little housewarming party on Wednesday, April 6.
Curtis will stand next to Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) as he suggests they’ll have to “fight like hell” until it’s over.
That may involve another discussion about Trina Robinson (Tabyana Mikayla) and the legal drama she’s currently facing.
Portia and Curtis will continue to worry, but they’ll also make time to celebrate their new home with a few guests.
Marshall will be there along with Stella, who’ll grow concerned about the secrets she’s keeping for him.
Stella will need to know this won’t blow up in her face, so Marshall may offer reassurance.
Unfortunately, a health setback is ahead for Stella, who’ll collapse soon and leave Curtis alarmed.
