General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Wednesday, April 6, teases that Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) will reveal a discovery that stuns Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) – and Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) will fight for Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez). Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) party will also go wrong, so there’ll be some hot GH drama happening all over town.
For starters, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will deal with an unexpected arrival at the boxing gym.
It looks like this will involve an enemy of Sonny’s – or at least someone Sonny is somewhat wary of.
Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) is an option since he put Sonny on notice, but Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) has also threatened Sonny lately.
There’s a chance Marshall will offer another fierce reminder about staying away from TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) and anyone else he cares about.
“What if I say no?” Sonny asks in Wednesday’s preview video. He obviously won’t be scared of his visitor and may dare them to do their worst!
After Laura Collins (Genie Francis) leaves Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) and Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) to hash things out at Wyndemere, she’ll cross paths with Victor.
There’ll be some tension at the Metro Court after Victor says something to set Laura off.
Of course, the real issue here is that Victor is tightening his grip on Spencer.
Victor is making himself out to be someone Spencer can trust, but Laura doesn’t trust him at all.
Although Victor will work to find common ground, Laura just won’t think that’s possible.
As for Esme and Spencer, they’ll have a difficult conversation about their future. Esme will hope they can salvage their relationship and move forward together.
Esme’ll fight hard for that, so we’ll see if Spencer will be pulled back in Esme’s direction.
In her home, Sam will gather with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and eventually grab Anna’s attention with some shocking findings.
There’ll be some intriguing discovery that no doubt pertains to Victor and could tie in with the mysterious Operation Demeter.
Anna will remain hopeful about sinking Victor and sending him to prison where he belongs.
Since Victor has no intention of landing behind bars, he’s prepared to frame someone for killing Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary).
That may be why Victor’s about to pull the trigger on a critical “get it done” text.
At Wyndemere, Ava will try a new strategy to get Esme out of the house as soon as possible.
Nikolas will feel like Ava’s backing him into a corner, so he’ll call her out for the ultimatum as more tension erupts.
Naturally, tension often leads to passion when it comes to Ava and Nikolas.
It would really leave Esme fuming if her plan faced a sizzling “Nava” setback, so that might be something Esme’s forced to deal with.
At Curtis and Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) new place, they’ll have a few friends and family members over to celebrate.
It’ll be a small housewarming get-together, so Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will arrive and perhaps inquire about how Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) is holding up.
Drew may recall what a great friend Trina was to Oscar Nero-Quartermaine (Garren Stitt) and refuse to believe she’d do anything as cruel as leak that video.
Curtis will remain on Trina’s side along with Portia and will vow to fight for her freedom.
Marshall will congratulate Portia and Curtis on the new house, but Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) will be more concerned about the past coming back to haunt.
Stella doesn’t want any of the secrets she’s keeping for Marshall to backfire and will need some sort of guarantee.
After Stella has a confrontation with Marshall outside, the stress may take a toll.
Stella will keel over and leave Curtis rushing to her side later, so it sounds like another hospital crisis is on the way.
