General Hospital Spoilers: Wednesday, August 17 – Nina & Carly Brawl – Willow Hides Cancer Truth from Michael

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, August 17, tease that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will get into a brawl while Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) searches Wyndemere. Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will also hide the truth from Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), so here’s what GH fans will see next.

For starters, Jordan will continue waving that warrant around, so Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will have no choice but to let her search the premises.

Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) just hid Esme Prince’s (Avery Kristen Pohl) suitcase behind a shrub, but there might be a close call where Jordan and her officers almost find it.

Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) may rush home now that she knows finding Esme is such a priority for the PCPD.

This police search could scare Ava into moving back in and fully keeping up the marriage charade.

Whatever the case, Victor has reluctantly agreed to include Ava in the Cassadine circle of protection.

That means Victor will do everything he can to help Ava despite the threat she poses to Nikolas – at least for now!

In the meantime, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will enjoy a moment of relief.

Now that Trina has been cleared of all charges, everyone can finally breathe again and focus on the future.

Curtis will promise to love Trina just like she’s his own daughter.

Of course, that declaration should make Portia uncomfortable since she’s lying about Trina’s paternity.

Curtis is Trina’s bio dad, but Portia will keep that news under wraps for as long as she can.

Speaking of keeping news under wraps, Willow will decide not to tell Michael what she just learned.

Although Willow got confirmation on her leukemia diagnosis, she won’t want to ruin her surprise graduation party – especially when she’s still trying to process all this.

Later, Willow will confide in TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) and get a nudge toward confessing to Michael.

This isn’t a secret that Willow can keep forever, so TJ will encourage her to come clean and let Michael support her through this ordeal.

In the courtroom, Trina will await answers about what changed for Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez).

Spencer seems eager to tell Trina about planning to take down Esme all along, but it looks like something may change his mind.

After Spencer battles second thoughts, he might decide not to complicate things for Trina right now.

Trina deserves this time on cloud nine, so Spencer may come up with another excuse for why he flipped on Esme.

Spencer might even decide he should step aside for Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse), who brings less drama to the table.

Since Spencer is headed to Pentonville for three months anyway, he may think he should just bow out and let Trina live her life without him.

However, Josslyn feels like Trina deserves to know the whole story.

We’ll see Joss angrily insist that she can’t promise to keep this from her, so she’ll presumably mean from Trina.

If Spencer indeed chooses to keep quiet about his Esme takedown plan, Cameron Webber (William Lipton) may agree it’s a mistake.

At the Metro Court, Carly and Nina will have quite a faceoff.

There’s a good chance Nina will complain about Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) acting like Carly’s attack dog, but Carly will insist Nina deserves everything she’s getting.

Naturally, Nina doesn’t know Carly is hiding her biological connection to Willow, so she’s losing far more than she realizes.

Carly won’t spill too much, but she’ll definitely push Nina’s buttons.

Nina will give as good as she gets and fire back, so this will eventually turn into a physical confrontation.

As Dex Heller’s (Evan Hofer) meeting with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) continues, he’ll worry that his boss found out about his other one.

Dex will no doubt fear that Sonny has uncovered Michael’s plot, but it’ll actually be something else from Dex’s background check.

Since Michael had that background check cleaned up, perhaps Sonny will realize that and accuse Dex of trying to hide his past.

Sonny will talk about how he deals with liars and won’t appreciate Dex’s deception, but Dex will try to turn things around.

Dex scooped up the verdict that would’ve been read in court, so he probably has proof that his foreman threats worked.

Perhaps Dex will prove his worth by showing that even if the charges hadn’t been dropped, the jury tampering strategy would’ve paid off.

Sonny will keep Dex employed, but you can bet he’ll be keeping a closer eye on him from now on – and that can only spell trouble for Dex’s scheme with Michael.

General Hospital spoilers hint that Sonny’s suspicions could be on the rise soon, so stick with the ABC soap.

CDL will have other great General Hospital spoilers, updates and news, so stop by frequently.
