General Hospital Spoilers: Wednesday, January 5 – Peter’s Attorney – Tracy Rejects Brook Lynn’s Story – Michael & Willow Crisis

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, January 5, tease that Peter August (Wes Ramsey) will try to hire an attorney while Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) rejects Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) story. Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will also face another crisis, so here’s what GH fans can expect.

For starters, Tracy will await answers from Brook Lynn at the Quartermaine mansion.

Now that it’s just the two of them, Tracy wants to know why Brook Lynn is still pretending that baby is hers.

Brook Lynn turned to Tracy for help back when she was trying to get her hands on a kid, so Tracy knows she was never pregnant.

What Tracy can’t understand is why Brook Lynn would still be raising this child as her own.

Of course, Brook Lynn might offer some vague version of the truth. She could argue that she can’t get into the details and urge Tracy to trust that she’s doing a good deed for this baby’s own protection.

However, Tracy will doubt whatever story Brook Lynn tries to sell her.

Brook Lynn will keep her mouth shut for now, but she’ll no doubt hate the idea of Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) falling in love with a granddaughter that isn’t his.

While Brook Lynn handles some Granny drama, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will worry she doesn’t have what it takes to be a journalist at The Invader.

Shawn Butler (Sean Blakemore) wants Alexis to be his second in command since she shares his vision and can cover stories to stop injustices.

After Shawn insists he has faith in Alexis, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will express faith in Alexis, too.

Alexis will wonder if Sam really thinks she can do this, so Sam will show her support and try to get her mom hyped up about this new career path. It could be a really great fit for Alexis if she embraces it.

At GH, Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) will have some advice for Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).

Austin will spell out exactly what he thinks Britt should do, so this may involve Peter since he’s a hot topic around the hospital lately.

Peter will remain in his hospital bed as another visitor arrives.

It’ll be someone Peter wants to hire as his attorney, so maybe Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) will get this shocking offer.

Martin may have reservations about taking the case, but Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) might shell out a pretty penny on Peter’s behalf!

As for Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), he’ll grill Victor about what he’s up to.

Valentin wasn’t happy to hear Victor met with Peter, so he may demand the details of their conversation.

Victor probably won’t be very forthcoming, but he’ll still hope for a relationship with Valentin.

Victor may suggest some father-son bonding time, but Valentin won’t even enjoy this one tense discussion.

Even so, Victor will have a “never say never” attitude, so that could involve his hope that they’ll land on the same side.

That’s especially true since Victor keeps alluding to the trouble that’s brewing for the Cassadine family.

Victor also made a phone call that indicated he was behind a hit on Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary), so it wasn’t just a freak cable car accident.

Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman) tried to tell Laura Collins (Genie Francis) that Luke must’ve been murdered, but Laura shut that theory down.

What about Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers)? Will Robert believe there were nefarious motives behind this accident?

Regardless, it seems Robert will pass along the news of Luke’s death to Maxie Jones (Kristen Storms), Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) at Charlie’s Pub.

Maxie’s heart will break for Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) and the pain she’ll have to endure once she wakes up someday.

This will only add to the stress Maxie’s already under, so Felicia and Anna will express concern for her.

They’ll feel like Maxie isn’t coping well at all and may feel it’s more important than ever to find Maxie’s baby.

However, Maxie knows Louise August (London and Jett Prinzo-Berendt) is living as “Bailey Quartermaine,” so that’s why she’s so on edge.

Speaking of being on edge, it looks like Harmony Miller’s (Inga Cadranel) presence will cause some issues for Michael and Willow.

“What do you think about it?” Harmony asks Willow in Wednesday’s preview video.

We know Willow’s supposed to go on a trip abroad soon, so Harmony might suggest a vacation to reconnect as mother and daughter.

Of course, there could also be a request for grandma time with Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Viron Weavor) along with Harmony’s curiosity about where things stand with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).

“How is that any of your business?” Michael wonders in the promo clip. He might feel like Harmony is overstepping and call her out – leading to conflict with Willow.

Whatever the case, Michael and Willow are definitely going to do some clashing in Wednesday’s exciting show.

General Hospital spoilers say Willow and Michael’s relationship could take some hits in the weeks ahead, so stay tuned.
