General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Wednesday, July 6, teases that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will make an offer while Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) gets an unexpected delivery. Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) will also surprise Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) at the Quartermaine stables, so here’s what GH fans can look forward to.
For starters, Sonny will try to pry answers out of Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), who mistakenly assumed he already knew about Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright) Metro Court disaster.
After Sonny gets updates on the financial trouble Carly’s in, he’ll find out about Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) giving Nina a chance to buy Crimson.
It appears Nina will lean toward saying no initially, but Sonny may push Nina to snatch the magazine up and be her own boss.
At some point, Sonny will wind up consoling Nina – and we all know Nina tends to get upset over lack of contact with Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Viron Weaver).
Nina may have another moment where she struggles to accept being shut out of Wiley’s life.
Next, Drew will fill Carly in on accidentally spilling too much to Nina.
Between that and the Crimson sale plans, Carly will have a couple good reasons to lash out – though she’ll mainly be upset over taking the risk that landed her in this predicament.
Later, it looks like Sonny will reach out to Carly and admit he heard about her financial setback.
Sonny will want to help Carly, but it doesn’t look like she’ll budge from her stance about Donna Corinthos (Ava Rose) being the only thing connecting them now.
At GH, Britt will receive a surprise delivery during a conversation with Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom).
That could involve Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) rushing the DNA samples over with a reminder that Britt agreed to assist him.
Britt will reflect on someone being literally the only person to do something, so we’ll see if that’s a serious discussion regarding Kevin’s expertise or just some insult over Spencer and his non-stop drama.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Michael and Willow will have some fun at the stables, where it seems Willow’s horse knowledge will catch Michael off guard.
Both Michael and Willow are in for a different surprise when Cody pops up.
Cody will interrupt, but he’ll surely offer some tales of his history with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and try to be charming.
Willow and Michael may like Cody well enough, especially after he proposes a plan to repay the kindness he’s been shown.
It seems Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will also grow fond of Cody, who’ll be overseeing the stables in his new steady job.
Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) will have a different opinion of Cody, so he may find him rather shady and worry that Cody can’t be trusted.
At the Home and Heart Channel studios, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will get flustered over the papoose situation.
When Sasha is asked to model the papoose using a baby, Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) will fear this could cause a major grief meltdown.
Even if a doll is brought out instead of an actual baby, this papoose alone is enough to trigger Sasha’s trauma over losing Liam Corbin.
Brando will fret to Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) as he considers halting the presentation.
No matter how Brando chooses to handle this, Sasha will feel like she’s caused a Deception catastrophe – one that could seriously hurt their brand and sales.
Brando won’t particularly care about Deception right now since Sasha is his priority.
It’ll become increasingly obvious that Sasha needs professional help – especially since she’s still popping pills – but convincing her of that could be a tough task.
General Hospital spoilers say Brando and Sasha’s marriage could take some hits if they can’t get on the same page about her future, so stay tuned.
