General Hospital Spoilers: Wednesday, March 2 Recap – Jordan’s Jealous Return – Sam’s Arrest Discovery – Finn Suspects Jake

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Wednesday, March 2, reveals that Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) made a jealous return while Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) made an arrest discovery. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) also suspected Jake Webber (Hudson West), so let’s talk about how Wednesday’s GH drama went down.

At the throwing club, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) threw a bullseye, so Sam joked about him being a mountain man in another life.

After Sam heard about Elizabeth Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) stalker situation, she called Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) to do some research on Betsy Frank (Deborah Strang).

Spinelli ultimately sent security camera footage, which showed that Betsy approached the entrance of the cemetery – though she never went in.

Dante realized that Betsy lied and couldn’t account for her whereabouts earlier.

As for Betsy’s background check, Sam revealed there was an arrest by New York State Police last November.

Dante did a little more digging and found out Betsy had been put on a 72-hour involuntary psychiatric hold after attacking a state trooper – meaning she was considered an immediate danger to herself and others.

When Jake came home, he wondered why Finn was asking him so many questions about seeing anything unusual or having contact with Betsy.

Cameron Webber (William Lipton) explained the portrait situation and how Liz was weirded out, but Jake denied knowing anything.

In the kitchen, Liz objected to Finn giving her boys the third degree, but Finn made it clear that he was just asking questions and not making accusations.

However, Finn looked suspicious when he overheard Jake talking about how memories fade and people move on. Jake sometimes worried that Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) would be forgotten.

Later, Finn apologized if Jake felt interrogated before and assured him that he wasn’t trying to replace Franco.

Finn hoped to form their own unique bond in time, but Jake asked to go upstairs and didn’t seem very interested.

Betsy eventually showed up at the door, but she nearly left when she saw Finn was there with Liz.

After Liz convinced Betsy to stay, Betsy confessed she wasn’t honest before and felt that Liz deserved to hear the truth – all of it.

At the Metro Court, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) were on the same page about supporting Curtis while remaining cautious about his father.

They shared a toast before Drew mentioned a real estate listing that he thought might be of interest.

Meanwhile, Curtis met with Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett), who wondered why Curtis hadn’t been honest about suggesting him for the job.

Curtis acted like Marshall was stubborn, so he kept his involvement a secret in hopes that his dad would take the position.

Marshall brought up the background check and confessed that there was an incident that might resurface in his criminal history: a nonviolent offense from 40 years ago that led to him going into hiding.

Marshall wanted Curtis to hear this info from him and not Drew.

Although Marshall couldn’t reveal any other puzzle pieces, he was relieved to get this much of his chest.

After talking things out with Curtis, Marshall went back to Drew and admitted he’d like to be considered for the job.

Drew brought up the background check again, but Marshall said he had nothing to hide.

At the hospital, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) showed up to see Mac Scorpio (John J. York) and mentioned that compromised Agent Krieger (Josh Adamson) was dead.

It left a loose end from Europe, but Anna mentioned that one number piqued her interest on Krieger’s phone.

That number was for a burner phone that had a local area code there in Port Charles.

Laura Collins (Genie Francis) also got updates and seemed to suspect Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy).

Mac wanted to get back to work, but Felicia shut down that notion and insisted home was the only place he was going.

The idea of getting a temporary replacement came up, but Jordan suddenly appeared and said there was no need for that.

Jordan was back and reporting for duty, so Laura ultimately reinstated her as the police commissioner and got her help on the case she was discussing with Anna.

They all pondered the details of the dirty agent and whether Victor got what he wanted from Drew.

As the meeting wrapped up, Jordan took a raincheck on dinner with Anna since there was someone else she needed to see.

Soon after, Anna got an irritating phone call and wondered what person on the other end wanted.

Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) had the baby in her arms as she reunited with Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth), who learned she now went by Bailey Louise Jones (London and Jett Prinzo-Berendt).

Austin was sorry for spilling to Victor and revealed how he tried to make things right by working with Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati).

Maxie was appreciative and forgave Austin, so they touched hands tenderly before he reminded her that they considered becoming more than friends.

At The Savoy, Portia showed Curtis the real estate listing that Drew recommended.

Curtis loved the place and agreed they’d found their new home, so they embraced in celebration – just in time for jealous Jordan to show up and glare nearby.

General Hospital spoilers say Jordan just might fight for her man, so Portia had better be careful when it comes to her relationship with Curtis!
