General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Wednesday, March 23, teases that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will question Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) while Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) has a surprise meeting. Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will also receive disturbing news, so there’ll be some shockers playing out in Port Charles.
For starters, Liz and Carly will do some commiserating.
The video scandal has been hard on Cameron Webber (William Lipton) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), which has made it hard on their moms, too.
Even so, it looks like Liz will have faith that they’ll all come out stronger on the other side.
Carly will seemingly question Liz’s certainty, but Elizabeth will trust that Cam and Joss can power through this unjust crisis.
Of course, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) has offered Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) a chance to tell her side of the story – and the same goes for Cameron.
Joss will think they should stand up for both themselves and anyone else who’s been a victim of such a cruel crime.
Cameron may worry speaking out will just make things worse, but Josslyn will think it beats letting The Invader’s competition run the story.
Alexis will handle this story with care, so she’s the best person to publish it.
It may take some convincing, but it sounds like Josslyn will get Cameron’s support on this.
When Alexis asks for their decision, Cam and Joss should move forward with addressing the scandal.
Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) is the true culprit behind this criminal behavior, but she’s trying to frame Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and make Spencer feel bad for believing the worst of his girlfriend.
At Spring Ridge, Spencer will sit down with someone and plot his next move.
Spencer might have a way to look into what Esme’s truly been up to and find out if she’s being honest with him.
Spencer’s meeting will be derailed and lead to another one, so that may be due to Esme’s arrival.
We’ll see Esme play innocent again and hope “Spence” has a change of heart about her guilt.
As for Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma), they’ll talk about Spencer’s homecoming.
That’s supposed to happen soon, so Lauren will want to get on the same page with Nikolas about uniting against Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) and protecting Spencer.
Other GH spoilers say Curtis will want to know the truth about his father.
Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will confirm that Curtis indeed wants to hear about the discrepancies in Marshall Ashford’s (Robert Gossett) past, but there are sure to be some unnerving details.
While Curtis discovers some disturbing things about Marshall’s history, TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) will make an unsettling discovery of his own.
There’ll be a shocking sight that leaves TJ rather alarmed, so that could tie in with Marshall or maybe even Harmony Miller (temporarily played by Priscilla Garita).
Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will also bicker over some Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) drama, but there’s one thing they can agree on.
Sonny and Ava love their little girl, so they’ll want to make the transition that Avery’s dealing with as easy as possible.
Avery has to be upset over Sonny and Carly’s split, so she might act out as a result.
Whatever the case, there’ll be a complicated parenting challenge for Sonny and Ava to team up on.
