General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, October 19, tease that we’ll see the Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) gunshot aftermath while Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) complains about her attacker being goaded. Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) will also make a plea to Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez), so here’s what GH fans can look forward to.
At the hospital, Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) will pay Diane a visit and suggest she’s a sight for sore eyes.
After Robert checks on Diane’s health, he may quiz her about the hook attack once again and see if she remembers anything else.
Over with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), she’ll do her best to patch things up with Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Lexi Ainsworth).
Alexis recently caused a fight by disapproving of Kristina’s job, but she’ll hope they can find a path to peace.
Alexis will eventually show up to see Diane at GH, so she’ll admit how terrified she was when “The Hook” went after her.
Diane will wonder if it was fear that made Alexis goad her attacker, so she’ll obviously be talking about the article in The Invader.
However, Diane may understand that Alexis did what she felt was right. At least the public knows to be on guard and look out for this hook-toting baddie!
Meanwhile, Lucy just faced someone armed with a different weapon down on Pier 55. Somebody Lucy recognized showed up with a gun and fired a shot at her.
That person also seems to be operating on Victor’s orders, so could it be Deputy Mayor Eileen Ashby (Heather Mazur) or someone else?
Whatever the case, Victor made sure Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) headed to Pier 47 instead and will ultimately face off with her.
Anna will accuse Victor of setting a trap for Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), but he’ll wonder if that means she’s accusing his son of something.
Victor may contend that he’d have no reason to target his own flesh and blood – that is unless Anna is admitting they’re plotting against him.
Although Victor may attempt to pry a confession out of Anna, she’s hopefully too smart to fall for that.
Regardless, Valentin got on board Victor’s jet and could be headed for trouble if his father really does plan to kill him.
At Pentonville, Cyrus will approach Spencer again with another offer.
Spencer won’t see what Cyrus gets out of helping him, but Cyrus will see it as an opportunity to make amends with Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and others he’s wronged.
Of course, Spencer won’t trust Cyrus, but he could definitely use someone like him as powerful backup behind bars.
That could leave Spencer willing to strike a deal after Cyrus makes his latest plea.
Next, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will tell Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) that he needs a lieutenant that he can trust.
Dex has been trying to break into Sonny’s inner circle for quite some time, but it sounds like he’s finally earned Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) old spot.
At Wyndemere, Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) will rip into Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) over his change of heart on the divorce and how she had to hear about it from Victor.
Ava may wonder if Nikolas enjoys playing games with her heart, but he’ll insist nothing could be further from the truth.
Will Nikolas come clean about Victor getting the upper hand and forcing this divorce on him?
Whatever the case, Nikolas has bigger problems since Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) seems to be on the verge of picking the lock in the storage wing.
Esme should open the door and make a break for it, but her shot at freedom will be yanked away.
That could be due to a run-in with Ava, who could easily see Esme’s baby bump and blow her top!
