General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of April 25 to April 29 tease that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will be injured as Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) chaos erupts. Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will also be traumatized – and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will face some horror at an upcoming Deception event.
First, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will confront Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) over the secrets he’s been keeping.
After learning more dirt from Selina Wu (Lydia Look), Curtis will let Marshall know that it’s too late to come clean.
Marshall will try to explain his past decisions, but Curtis will remain furious.
We’ll also see TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) receive a special gift from Marshall, so that could bring the two of them closer despite all the Curtis tension.
Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will fret over the toll all this is taking on Curtis, but he’ll no doubt try to downplay the drama.
Speaking of drama, Willow’s going to get a visitor that catches her off guard.
When Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) comes home, the situation will take a shocking turn.
Willow will grow worried about Michael’s plans while danger explodes at Alexis’ house.
During Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright) visit, she’ll find herself in extreme peril along with Alexis.
We should mention that Stephanie Erb will be filling in as a temporary recast for Alexis for these upcoming scenes.
Alexis will end up with a gash on her head by the end of all this, so things will definitely get dire.
There’s the potential for Carly and Alexis to figure out Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is Willow’s biological mother.
Regardless, Harmony could go off the rails and launch an attack!
Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will race to the hospital in the aftermath – and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will head for GH as well.
It sounds like Carly may be hospitalized along with Alexis, so their loved ones are certainly going to be worried.
What about Harmony’s fate? The show probably won’t just let Harmony disappear into the night – not after Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) made that vague yet creepy threat to kill her.
Could Ryan escape and get the chance to follow through on that threat?
There’s a Deception event coming up that’s going to bring some shockers. Ryan sometimes likes to leave his dead victims at parties and gatherings, so that’s worth keeping in mind.
Whatever the case, Sasha and Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Borroughs) will make a disturbing discovery.
They’ll find something downright horrifying, so could that be Harmony’s dead body?
Of course, there’s also the potential for more mob drama that puts Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) in another dangerous situation – maybe even leading to a gunshot wound.
Brando will work to calm a freaked-out Sasha and should grow more worried about her after Nina confides her own concerns.
Sasha may not be able to conceal her drug use for much longer, so we’ll see how all that plays out.
In the meantime, a scared Willow will admit to Michael that she doesn’t want to be alone.
Willow will obviously be traumatized after all the Port Charles pandemonium, but Michael will step up and hope to make her feel safe.
As for Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma), he’ll rev up the romance with a grand gesture.
Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) will shift her perspective, so she may realize she can’t push Nikolas away and give Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) what she wants.
There’s the potential for Ava and Nikolas to team up against Esme eventually – maybe even with Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Chavez) involvement.
Whatever the case, Esme will do some eavesdropping on Spencer’s upcoming discussion.
It’ll happen right after Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) receives a surprise visitor at the gallery, so there’s a chance Esme will overhear Spencer spilling his true intentions.
Will Esme find out Spencer is merely stringing her along to trip her up?
Could Esme overhear Spencer admitting he loves Trina instead? We’ll provide updates as other GH news rolls in.
