General Hospital spoilers preview for the week of April 25 to April 29 reveals there will be plenty of action and exploding tempers in Port Charles. The weekly preview shows Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) getting out her syringe again. Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) discovers the truth while Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) has a total meltdown in public.
Carly Corinthos Attacked
GH spoilers reveal that Harmony goes to extremes to keep her secrets. Carly stops by to see Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn, temporary recast Stephanie Erb).
However, Carly pulls out a half-burned document and is shocked.
While Carly discovers the truth about Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) parentage, Harmony slithers up behind her. Harmony is holding another syringe and plans to kill Carly.
However, it is teased that both Carly and Alexis end up going to the hospital. So, Alexis comes in at some point during the murder attempt.
GH Spoilers: Esme Prince’s Discovery
Behind a closed door, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) is listening and looks completely flabbergasted.
It is confirmed that Esme eavesdrops on Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez).
So, Spencer’s plan might be falling apart already. Knowing Esme, she won’t let Spencer know about her discovery. Instead, she could go to extremes once again.
This is concerning for Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). It is stated that Trina is working alone when she hears a door close.
This could be Esme, who might want to eliminate Trina for good.
Tempers Explode in Port Charles
General Hospital spoilers reveal that tempers will explode everywhere in Port Charles.
The weekly preview shows Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) getting violent and overturning a table.
Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) confronts Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett).
Instead of being apologetic or trying to explain, Marshall screams at his son. Marshall says it was a mistake coming back to Port Charles.
General Hospital Spoilers: What Else to Expect
Meanwhile, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) stops by to talk to Willow. The conversation takes a turn when Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) shows up. In the preview, Michael disowns Sonny.
While that is going on, Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) has to be pulled back from attacking a sleazy reporter.
Plus, Sasha appears to have a total meltdown and it’s in public. It’s not clear who sees or hears Sasha freaking out, but she is outside.
As Sasha shakes violently and holds her hands on her head, she screams about not being able to take it anymore.
However, Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) tries to calm Sasha down.
It seems like the drama is kicking up several notches in Port Charles!
