General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of February 14-18 tease that a mysterious heatwave will strike Port Charles while Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) learns a secret. Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will also have a horrible dream as the Peter August (Wes Ramsey) mayhem continues, so let’s discuss what’s ahead.
First, Valentine’s Day will bring a surprise for Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) as TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) ramps up the romance.
Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) will also enjoy a little celebration with Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) while Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) gets a shock at Spring Ridge.
Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) hinted that she might pay Spencer a visit soon, so it would really rile Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) up if Trina came on Valentine’s Day!
Whatever the case, Spencer will apparently get an unexpected visit.
As for Terry Randolph (Cassandra James), her first date won’t go according to plan.
A case of mistaken identity will bring some humorous moments and could set the stage for a real love match.
Felix DuBois (Marc Anthony Samuel) will also return and cross paths with Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), who’ll share some updates.
Carly’s news will bring Felix’s choice, so we’ll see if he tries to help “CarSon” or perhaps has a realization about his own love life.
Speaking of Carly, she’ll have some options to mull over. Carly has decided her marriage is over, but divorce is still a huge step that she may not take lightly.
While Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) seeks out Britt to ask questions – potentially about missing Maxie – Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will play an unfortunate waiting game.
Willow needs her passport if she’s going to take this Paris trip, but she can’t get one without the birth certificate copy Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) said she’d retrieve.
The problem is Harmony’s original birth certificate was forged – and now Harmony is relying on Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) to figure out a solution.
Willow will get pretty impatient along with Michael in the meantime.
GH spoilers say Willow will also have a surprise encounter with Nina, so it’ll be interesting to see if she’s in the loop on all the Sonny cheating drama by then.
If not, Willow may make small talk over her birth certificate issue.
Since it looks like Nina is Willow’s biological mother, the show may start laying the groundwork for that revelation down the road.
Over with Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth), he’ll hurl threats at Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy).
Austin will make it clear that if Maxie and her baby are harmed, Victor’s going to pay a steep price.
Afterward, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) will put any lingering conflict with Austin aside and focus on the task at hand.
Austin and Obrecht will team up to help Maxie as well as Louise August (London and Jett Prinzo-Berendt), so a risky plan should be brewing.
Next, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will lean on each other during a difficult time.
We’ll also see Maxie awaken from a terrible nightmare – presumably while she’s off under Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) control somewhere.
Laura Collins (Genie Francis), Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) will all put their heads together, so there’ll be plenty of people looking out for Maxie and hoping for a rescue.
Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will enjoy their own Valentine’s Day celebration a little late.
Their plans will get delayed until after the actual holiday, but they won’t mind once they’re enjoying some close moments.
Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) will hope to get his romance with Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) back on track.
Brando at least want Sasha to stop shutting him out, but will she be ready to do that? Whatever the case, Sasha and Brando will approach a fork in the road.
Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will battle concerns about Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), who should have all the Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) incidents on her mind.
Liz and Finn are on the verge of confronting a gaslighting suspect soon enough.
Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will fret over Carly while Sonny presumably faces Michael’s wrath over what happened on The Haunted Star.
Michael seems poised to give Sonny an earful once they finally come face to face again.
While Liesl and Austin are working on their Peter plot, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will be down on the pier with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).
We’ll ultimately see Sam seek out Austin and Obrecht to figure out what they’re up to.
As for Britt, she’ll overhear something not meant for her ears and take action.
Victor will also barge in on Nikolas and Ava’s conversation while Laura drops by to see Spencer at Spring Ridge.
Finally, General Hospital spoilers say Port Charles will get unseasonably warm.
In fact, it’ll be downright sweltering as a heatwave hits hard – and there’s a good chance that’s due to Victor’s top-secret weather machine!
