General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of February 7-11 tease that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will face her worst nightmare after Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) send out an SOS call. There’ll also be chaos on The Haunted Star, so let’s talk about what’s ahead.
For starters, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will race to GH and battle some fears.
Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will also find herself concerned, so we’ll see if an incident related to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) goes down.
Of course, this could be about the Peter August (Wes Ramsey) escape drama that’s about to erupt.
Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) might face some minor injuries if he’s caught in the danger – leaving Carly worried for Sonny until she knows for sure Dante is OK.
As for Nina, she’ll no doubt fret over Maxie and the baby.
That’s especially true Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) plot will hit a major speed bump and apparently give Peter the upper hand.
Chase and Brook Lynn will send out an SOS call, so they may realize “Bailey Quartermaine” aka Louise August (London and Jett Prinzo-Berendt) is missing and panic.
Maxie will have to worry about Mac along with Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) in the meantime.
They’ll nervously await news since it looks like Mac will be in bad shape after Peter’s catastrophic prison transport. Mac should need surgery as his loved ones hold vigil at the hospital
Once Maxie gets updates from Brook Lynn and Chase, they’ll all have an important decision to make.
Assuming Louise has vanished, the gang will suspect Peter is responsible.
It looks like that’ll lead to Chase, Brook Lynn and Maxie spreading the word that “Bailey” is actually Louise.
Over with Charlotte Cassadine (Amelie McLain), she’ll mull over another disappearance in Port Charles.
The longer Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is MIA, the more worried Charlotte will become.
On The Haunted Star, there’ll be some hot tempers exploding. Could The Haunted Star serve as an escape route for Peter?
Victor and Peter may get into an argument over not playing by each other’s rules.
There’s the potential for Valentin to be held on The Haunted Star as well, so we’ll see how it all plays out.
Regardless, Maxie will be an emotional wreck as she leans on Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) for comfort.
Later, Peter will get backed into a corner, but he won’t give up.
That’s because Peter will pull off some dirty trick to protect himself – a trick that’ll leave Maxie with an impossible decision to make.
It’s possible James West (last played by Curtis and Owen Rufca) will land in peril along with Louise.
If Maxie ends up in a situation where she has to choose between her son and her daughter, it’ll bring total agony.
Next, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will learn the real story, so it sounds like they’ll find out the bombshell about “Bailey” being Louise.
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will push for answers before she teams up with Dante and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) on a mission.
That mission will no doubt involve Louise’s safe return and Peter’s takedown.
While Anna works on making all that happen, Brook Lynn will struggle with guilt and perhaps lean on Chase.
Sam McCall (Lindsay Hartley) will also have a crucial conversation with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), so they’ll have a chance to mull over their history and where they go from here.
As Valentine’s Day approaches, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) will discuss their intentions.
TJ will have a sweet surprise in mind for Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) – and Curtis will have a special night in store for Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), too.
Unfortunately, Portia and Curtis’ night will get derailed – perhaps due to Portia having some work emergencies. A doctor’s work is never done at GH!
Liz will also discover something shocking, so that could involve another clue in her mystery storyline.
Someone seems to be gaslighting Liz into thinking she’s losing it – and that person apparently wants to destroy Franco Baldwin’s (Roger Howarth) legacy.
While Liz faces another “haunted” hint, Sonny will check in with Phyllis and find that she’s decorated Charlie’s Pub for Valentine’s Day.
It looks like those decorations will be rather unconventional, but Sonny should love what she’s done with the place.
Across town, Nina will open up to Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West), who’ll respond by confiding in Nina as well.
Carly will also arrange a critical meeting that could affect her future, so that could involve sitting down with a divorce attorney.
Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) will also get ready for a blind date that won’t go as planned.
There’ll be some mistaken identity mayhem that leads to humor and maybe even a surprising new man for Terry.
