General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of June 20-24 tease that Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) will be back for some Laura Collins (Genie Francis) drama. Michael Corinthos (temporarily played by Robert Adamson) will also get busted while Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) deals with a Dex (Evan Hofer) and Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) feud, so let’s talk about what’s coming up.
On Monday, June 20, the show will air its 15,000th episode – and Laura will be the focal point.
Laura will become the target of an unknown political threat, but this could also tie in with Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) previous attack and overall agenda.
Whatever the case, Cyrus will make an appearance along with most of the regular cast, so GH fans will see lots of characters featured for this special milestone.
The rest of the week will bring some bombshells as well – starting with the ELQ shareholders’ meeting.
That’ll bring some clashing between Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), but Drew and Michael may be poised for a victory here.
Carly will end up having a small celebration with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman), so that could mean good news is on the way unless she celebrates prematurely.
Over with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), he’ll grow concerned about the future of his career.
It sounds like Chase and Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) plot against Linc Brown (Dan Buran) could backfire to the point that his job’s on the line.
Later, Chase will receive updates on his PCPD fate, so he’ll let Brook Lynn know where he stands.
Meanwhile, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will once again grill Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) and hope to break down some of his walls.
It looks like Cody will be asked about his stunt riding injuries before the conversation shifts to his own past with Dante.
That past is clearly a complicated one that contains some buried secrets.
Speaking of secrets, Brando will suspect that Dex has some and will spar with him in the coming episodes.
That’ll lead to Sonny offering a lecture and pushing the two men to get along.
Sonny will hope Brando and Dex can resolve their differences, but Brando may remain suspicious – and that’s a good thing since Dex is secretly working for Michael.
As for Leo Quartermaine (Easton Rocket Sweda), he’ll eavesdrop on Michael’s conversation regarding Sonny and his next power play.
Leo will overhear some bold move Michael is planning, so we’ll see if he confronts Michael or even spills to someone like Sonny himself.
Elsewhere, Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) will hope to make peace with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) following his GIF blunder.
Brad will offer up a gift, but he’ll apparently keep some things under wraps regarding Selina Wu (Lydia Look) and the mob mayhem he’s caught up in.
Next, Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will have a showdown with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson). Sasha may rush to Nina’s defense over her past mistakes and leave Olivia fuming at them both.
When Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) walks over, the situation will take an unexpected turn. Will Willow collapse again and cause chaos for those around her?
There’ll indeed be some surprising event at the Metro Court pool, so that’ll lead to a major revelation.
It’s possible Willow will faint and ultimately realize she’s pregnant since summer spoilers point in that direction.
Elsewhere, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will interrogate Valentin about his relationship with Victor.
Perhaps Anna’s questions and concerns will put her on a path to the truth about Valentin being the mysterious French captain eventually!
In the meantime, there’ll be some connection of Cody’s that catches Dante and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) off guard.
That could be Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) now that Cody’s onto his Society Setups secret or some other PC resident that Cody’s potentially linked to.
Back at the Metro Court pool, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) will cross paths with Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse) and do a little flirting.
Rory obviously won’t be interested, so will he reject Esme on the spot or perhaps try to manipulate her?
While Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) prepare for Trina’s upcoming trial, Sasha will catch up with Michael as they strengthen their bond.
Sasha may need all the support she can get soon, so stay tuned! .
