This milestone coincides with Genie Francis marking 45 years of playing Laura. It is teased that Laura will face a new threat, which will bring nearly all of Port Charles together.

From the scenes in the clip, it looks like Carly is speaking to Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth). Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is determined to make a deal with Ned.
The ELQ meeting will feature a vote that changes people’s lives forever. It is teased that the outcome has a profound impact on many people’s lives.
There is also a shot of Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson), who looks both fearful and guilty. Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) didn’t tell Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) about Sasha’s relapse.
Maybe Sasha’s guilt gets to her, or she relapses again. Of course, there could be someone else that threatens to expose Sasha’s secret.
