General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for the week of May 9-13 teases that Chelsea Lam (Jen Ray) the medium will try to connect Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) while Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) gets suspicious of Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright). Here’s what GH fans can look forward to.
First, Chet Driscoll (Chris Van Etten) will admit something on his date with Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) that kills the mood.
Terry will find out Amy Driscoll (Risa Dorken) is Chet’s sister, so he’ll land in the middle of their work drama.
Next, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will spot the chemistry between Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse), so she should offer her seal of approval.
Others may not be so approving – like Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) and Cameron Webber (William Lipton).
Spencer’s trying to expose Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) and clear Trina’s name, but all the lies he’s roped Cam into telling will snowball into more problems.
Cameron’s behavior will lead to another fight with Trina and Josslyn, so this can’t be good for his friendship with the former or his romance with the latter.
Spencer will decide he’d better kick his Esme takedown plot into high gear, so he’ll rummage around her room at Wyndemere.
Although Spencer will hope to find some evidence, it’s hard to imagine Esme will just leave proof of a setup lying around.
However, Spencer could stumble across one of Maggie the nanny’s letters to Esme.
There was one that mentioned Maggie’s concerns about Esme’s father, so Spencer could figure out that her bio dad is nearby.
If Spencer’s snooping could at least bring a discovery or two, that’d be better than nothing.
Unfortunately, Spencer may get caught before he can leave Esme’s room and have to talk his way out of trouble.
Esme will be suspicious of Spencer, so they’ll drop some hints to each other and try to figure out any hidden motives without spelling too much out.
Later, Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) will hope Esme’s got some good news for him.
Esme may admit destroying Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) and Ava Jerome Cassadine’s (Maura West) marriage has proven to be a slow process, so Ryan will expect her to pick up the pace!
While Ryan delivers an intense warning, Alexis Davis (temporarily played by Stephanie Erb) will upset Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) with some updates.
Willow will find out Alexis knew she wasn’t Harmony Miller’s (Inga Cadranel) biological daughter.
Willow will eventually tell Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) that she’s reached a decision.
Since other people seem more in the loop on her own family secrets, Willow will decide to dig into her past and nail down who her birth parents are.
Willow will be especially eager to find her birth mother and get more of her questions answered.
As for Nina, she’ll be busy getting into another shouting match with Carly at Charlie’s Pub.
Drew may witness Carly and Nina’s faceoff, so that could leave him wondering if there’s a reason Carly’s more riled than usual.
Whatever the case, Drew will spot Carly doing something he finds troubling and won’t feel like he’s getting the whole story.
Later, Willow and Michael will make a surprising discovery when they return home.
Could that involve a gift from someone or could this discovery prove more disturbing instead?
Speaking of disturbing events, Elizabeth will try to get to the bottom of the ones she’s been facing. Liz recently reached out to a medium named Chelsea, so this is presumably the same character played by Jen Ray that fans saw back in 2019.
Chelsea actually crossed paths with Franco once upon a time and gave him a psychic reading. Franco got a warning about how he shouldn’t take that drive, which later turned out to be the flash drive during the memory-mapping story.
Chelsea might be the best person to reach out to Franco since she’s felt a psychic connection related to him before. We’ll see Chelsea do her best to make yet another connection.
Liz might actually get a message from Franco, but it’s tough to believe he would ever torment Liz like this. There has to be another explanation, but maybe Franco can point Liz in the right direction somehow.
