General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of October 24-28 tease that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will face a scary next step while “The Hook” has a new chance to strike. Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) will also contact Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), so here’s what viewers can expect.
For starters, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will get some important updates about her legal situation.
We’ll see how things turn out for Sasha when it comes to the conservatorship drama that Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) left behind.
Meanwhile, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will discuss the future, so that could perhaps involve their future as a couple.
It’d be fitting for the end of this Florida trip to bring a new romantic beginning.
Over with Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy), he’ll celebrate a victory and make a major revelation.
Will fans finally learn more about Victor’s cryptic grand plan?
Regardless, Victor will ultimately announce another bold move and no doubt count on Johann (Max Decker) to help him set it in motion.
Later, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will corner Victor to rip into him, so that could involve Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and the potential trap he willingly walked into.
Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) will also face a shocker – and so will Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) as she continues working with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly).
We’ll see Cody and Britt discover something surprising, so that could tie in with Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) safe deposit box.
In the aftermath of that discovery, Britt will turn to Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) for a favor.
Cody will also open up to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), so he’ll have a chance to unpack whatever’s happening with Britt.
Back with Carly, she’ll have a significant decision to make. Whether that’s about Drew or something else, Carly will keep moving forward.
As for Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), she’ll find herself looking back.
GH spoilers say Liz and Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) will head out on a journey together, so maybe they’ll take a trip to the Mariana Islands.
Terry vowed to help Elizabeth get to the bottom of her past trauma, especially since Liz wants to understand the Reiko Finn (Mele Ihara) situation.
Liz might need to revisit the Mariana Islands so she can try to jog her memory there.
Terry will create a diversion at one point, so that could give Liz a chance to get sneaky.
Perhaps Liz can even find the same house and staircase she’s looking for from her teenage years.
Over with Cameron Webber (William Lipton), he’ll talk to Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) about Liz and offer some advice.
Cameron knows his mom awfully well, so he’ll be able to provide some good insight and guidance.
At Pentonville, Spencer will call up Trina, so we’ll see if she answers.
Since we know Spencer will receive some welcome visitors, that could be Cameron and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy).
It’ll be interesting to see if Trina joins this visit or opts out, but she’ll battle a distraction no matter what.
Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will also face a surprise she doesn’t want.
It sounds like an unpleasant encounter is coming up, so that could involve “The Hook” if another attack is brewing.
Finally, Willow will receive news related to her health, so she might officially be out of her first trimester – and if so, it’ll be time to begin leukemia treatment.
That also means Willow will have to come clean to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) about her condition and why she’s been hiding it for so long.
