General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will dream she’s dead, so she might fear her tragic nightmare will predict her grim date. Willow has a lot on her mind right now, so it’s easy to see how negativity might invade her in the dreamworld.
GH fans know Willow made a couple of huge decisions recently without Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) knowledge.
Willow doesn’t want to put her baby at risk, so she decided to delay treatment until her second trimester.
That was big decision number one, but the second one came when she decided to delay telling Michael the truth as well.
Willow worried Michael would disapprove of her plan to postpone treatment and try to talk her out of it.
Since Willow has no intention of budging on this, she doesn’t want to spend the next few weeks fighting.
Willow would much rather just enjoy some peaceful family time before she heads into a tough cancer battle.
It’s risky to put off chemotherapy, but Willow feels she needs to take this gamble and keep her baby as safe as possible.
Unfortunately, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) pointed out that the consequences could be deadly.
There was a similar patient of Britt’s who died despite her baby’s survival. That’s a possibility for Willow too, so that may be why she has this horrible nightmare.
Willow might dream she’s dead and think about the difficult aftermath that’d leave behind.
Maybe Willow will imagine Michael’s grief and consider how heartbroken Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Viron Weaver) would be to lose his adoptive mom.
Willow’s bad dream will play out during the week of September 5-9, so could that change anything for her?
It honestly doesn’t seem like there’s anything that’s going to change Willow’s mind about protecting her baby.
That said, a nightmare might rattle Willow enough to confess to Michael sooner than she planned.
Willow may fear this dream could become a reality and desperately need Michael to talk her down.
In other words, Willow’s probably going to stick to her decision to delay chemo, but she might admit her diagnosis to Michael and finally get some help dealing with all this.
Regardless, Willow’s leukemia will bring chaos to her life in the coming months.
