General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) may spill her birth certificate drama to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and give her bio mom the first clue ahead of a major story twist.
Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) recently told Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) a tale about getting Willow a forged birth certificate on the commune.
Harmony tried to play it like they were merely afraid of societal norms and didn’t want to file the real one.
Harmony obviously has a bigger secret here, especially since she was so concerned about losing her daughter over this.
It was a huge hint that Harmony could quite literally lose her daughter – meaning Willow could find out Harmony isn’t her biological mother after all.
GH insiders insist a twin shocker is brewing, so Willow should eventually be revealed as Nelle Benson’s (Chloe Lanier) fraternal twin sister.
Of course, it could be a long and winding road to get to that revelation, but we should start seeing more signs of trouble soon.
During the week of February 14-18, Willow and Michael will wonder what the holdup is.
They’ll grow impatient as they wait for Harmony’s birth certificate copy, so Alexis may not come through as quickly as Harmony would like.
Harmony is counting on Alexis to sort this out for her, but Alexis might end up figuring out an illegal adoption bombshell instead.
Regardless, Willow will keep waiting on her birth certificate copy and growing more frustrated over this whole passport snag.
That frustration will play out in the February 15 episode – and then in the February 16 episode, Willow will have a surprise encounter with Nina.
It’s reasonable to assume Willow’s birth certificate issue will still be on her mind.
Nina may see how upset Willow is and worry something might be wrong with Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Viron Weaver).
That could lead to Willow spilling the news about the Paris trip and the missing birth certificate that’s delaying the passport.
It doesn’t look like Willow will know about the cheating chaos on The Haunted Star at that point.
That could certainly spark another faceoff later, but maybe this particular encounter will alert Nina to Willow’s birth certificate problems – setting the stage for more clues to follow.
This might be a moment Nina thinks back to down the road.
Harmony’s web of lies will inevitably fall apart, so Nina may put the puzzle pieces together and ultimately find another very much alive daughter!
Whatever the case, Nina and Willow should kick off an exciting chapter in their mother-daughter reunion journey.
