Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will want to save Willow but won’t want to risk her deception coming out. So, could Carly try to make a secret deal with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros)?
Willow Tait’s Symptoms
GH spoilers reveal that Willow has been exhausted for quite a while.
Of course, the demands of school, working at the hospital, raising Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Viron Weaver), and everything else would explain that. Even when Willow passed out at the hospital, it was drummed up to her not eating.
However, Willow’s latest collapse featured other concerning symptoms. Willow was so weak that she could barely stand up straight.
At some points, it almost appeared as if Willow were drunk or high.
Willow kept grabbing her chest as she struggled to breathe. Willow’s skin was pasty and pale. Willow’s eyes also had dark circles under them.
GH Spoilers: Grim Diagnosis
In a preview clip, Willow is seen in a doctor’s office. Willow stands up and embraces Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). It’s clear that Willow receives bad news.
This is echoed by a scene showing Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) comforting Nina.
Even though Nina and Willow went to war, she surely doesn’t want the young mother to die.
It looks like Willow could get a grim diagnosis. Perhaps it’s cancer or another diagnosis that will require blood, an organ, or even bone marrow from a family member.
Carly Corinthos’ Dilemma
General Hospital spoilers reveal that Carly will be faced with a dilemma.
There is no question that Carly cares about Willow and would do everything in her power to save her.
However, Carly also has an explosive secret that could damage her relationship with Willow forever.
As fans know, that secret is Nina being Willow’s biological mother.
If Willow can be saved by a family member, then Nina is going to have to find out about Harmony Miller’s (formerly played by Inga Cadranel) deathbed confession.

Carly could try to protect her relationship with Willow while saving her at the same time. Carly might approach Nina with a secret deal.
Of course, Nina will be shocked to find out that she is Willow’s biological mother.
Nina will also do everything in her power to save Willow. However, Carly could get Nina to save Willow while staying quiet by using Wiley.
The one thing that Nina wants is a relationship with her grandson.
For the time being, Nina might accept Carly’s deal.
At some point, Willow will want to know who saved her life or will ask for an explanation of how Nina was a match for her life-saving procedure.
That is when things might get a bit more complicated.
