General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will remain on edge over her leukemia battle and the possibility that she won’t make it. Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) has been doing his best to convince Willow to keep the faith and believe she’s going to conquer cancer eventually.
Even so, it breaks Willow’s heart to think about leaving Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and her new baby girl behind.
Willow just wants the chance to be a good mother and stick around for her children, but she needs a bone marrow donor match before that can happen.
However, Willow will get a significant phone call during the week of January 2-6. Since the hunt for Willow’s relatives is critical right now, that phone call’s significance could tie in with her missing family.
Of course, it’s interesting that GH spoilers don’t specify who will give Willow this call.
If it were Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), the spoiler would usually just say that Drew has updates for Willow or something along those lines.
The fact that the caller is a mystery could be a clue about a new key player in this storyline.
Drew mentioned that he was trying to nail down Josiah’s whereabouts so he could get more information.
Josiah was the commune leader back when Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) was there with Willow as a stolen baby, so he might know some crucial details.
There’s one detail in particular that could really turn this investigation upside down.
Harmony knew that Willow was a twin and could’ve easily admitted this info to Josiah.
It was probably a situation like with Shiloh Archer (Cody Ryan McLaughlin) where Harmony confessed things to Josiah and fell under his spell.
Even if Josiah can’t point Willow in the direction of Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), he could potentially reveal that Willow had a twin sister.
Josiah might not realize this twin was fraternal or know much else, but the twin revelation could still be a game-changer.
Perhaps Josiah will insist on speaking with Willow directly and call her to reveal something or set up a meeting in person.
Could this lead to Drew steering the investigation in a new direction?
It’d be interesting to watch Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) squirm as Willow gets all excited about finding a twin sister to connect with.
Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) is supposedly dead, so Carly may find herself sitting on another big secret while Drew pursues this angle.
Whatever the case, it sounds like more news is headed Willow’s way over the phone.
General Hospital spoilers say the clues could ultimately start piling up for Drew and make him question whether Carly was telling the truth about the DNA results.
