In tonight’s Sister Wives episode, Janelle arrives at Christine’s house. She wants to check on her after their family meeting the other day. They talk about how angry Kody was. Janelle discusses how agitated he has been. Christine just didn’t know how to respond, he was so volatile. She also never mistreated Robyn. She may not have given her a chance but she wasn’t mean to her. She also didn’t mean to convey that she didn’t want anything to do with them. She just met for now she needed space. They also talk about their close relationship. Christine sees her as a best friend.
In confessional, Kody shares that Janelle and Christine used to trash talk each other. Now they are close while Kody is trying to be close to Janelle. Janelle feels pulled in different directions. Janelle and Christine then talk about what Christine will do so Kody can see Truely. They then discuss how Christine is officially single. She shares that she is interested in remarrying one day.
Kody visits Janelle to work on leveling the RV. She his constantly having problems. They argue. In confessional, Kody vents about her buying the RV and how they never really talked about it. She spent a lot of money and never talked to him.
Janelle mentions to Kody that she thinks she needs to rent an apartment for winter. This irritates him. She is mad because he hates the RV and now he doesn’t like the apartment idea either. A storm is rolling in. It starts to rain.
Christine tells Truely they are moving in a week. Truely didn’t accept they would move so fast but she is all right with it. Christine knows this is a good move for them. Meanwhile, Mykelti and her family visit Kody and Robyn. Robyn discusses how much she is glad they came to visit and that they are all ok. Kody questions how long they have known and what they know. In confessional, Kody admits he shouldn’t have done that but he is angry and its just flowing out.
He just wants to break things. Mykelti tells Kody that her mom was just unhappy. Mykelti makes sure they know they are not taking sides and that they still love all of them. In confessional, Robyn shares that she is still trying to come to terms with Christine needing space.
The following day, Gwendolyn arrives to see Christine and Mykelti. They all hug. In confessional, Gwendolyn admits she is glad her mom is leaving. She hasn’t been happy. They all start packing. They have their truck and they will be leaving soon. Mykelti leads the charge to really help her mom. She even has her take one last look so that she gets closure. Christine is happy for her new adventures and that she will be so close to her family. Christine recalls telling her dad and how sad he was.
Mykelti asks if they all have plans to say goodbye. Christine tells her there are no plans but the are leaving tomorrow. Mykelti will call the the others. She wants everyone to say goodbye so that no one has regrets.
Later, the whole family arrives. Kody shows up with Robyn and their kids. Robyn has shown up but she plans to not say too much. Kody yells through the kitchen window as he maintains his covid distance. He tells Christine they are there and “lets go.”
In confessional, Kody shares that he doesn’t want to do this. This is all very bad and so far out there. He is in a really bad state of mind. Meanwhile, Meri didn’t come because she is out of town.
Kody asks Truely if she is excited. She tells him yes. He asks where her smile is. Mykelti announces that she is glad everyone has come. Its important they say goodbye to this chapter. Its all very awkward. Ari asks why Christine is leaving. Christine tells her sometimes people fall out of love. Robyn’s kids appear angry. Kody hugs Truely. Kody and Robyn and the kids appear ready to get out of there. Janelle hugs Christine. She breaks down. Janelle heads inside with Christine and the kids as the rest of them leave. This is the worst goodbye Christine has ever witnessed, she shares in confessional.
