In tonight’s Superman & Lois episode, Lucy tells Lois she needs to leave. Staying with them has made things worse. She is empty and has lost everything. Lois remembers this all as she talks to the leader of a cult that has brainwashed Lucy and others. Lois promises to take her down.
Meanwhile, Bizarro and Clark wrestle with each other’s memories while Jordan tells Clark he overheard a podcast Lucy was on this morning. Lois comes in to tell Clark her sister is so far gone.
Clark meets with John for coffee while Lana learns from Emily that some people are looking into her past to use against her as she runs for mayor. Back at the farm, Clark comes face to face with Bizarro. They fight. John intervenes. Bizarro takes off.
Penny gets a lead on the cult leader. She and Lois head to a conference in the hopes of seeing Lucy. Jonathan learns at school that his classmate and now buying inhalers from his girlfriend Candice.
Sarah and Jordan stop at the local convenience store. Two students are trying to steal. Jordan freezes a spot on the ground so they slip before they can get away. He learns there is surveillance video.
Jordan calls the General. He scrambles the video remotely and tells Jordan to be careful. He needs to be aware. Meanwhile, Penny arrives at the conference looking to find Lucy. Lois stays in the car. Thee cult leader Ally speaks inside.
Superman speaks with the new general, Anderson. He gives him a way to track Bizarro. Superman warns him he needs to do this alone. Anderson doesn’t likes this.
Jonathan keeps his eyes peels at practice. He asks to get in on throwing. He gets the coach’s attention. Meanwhile, Lois finally sees Lucy and tries to explain why she wrote the article on the cult. She misses her and wants her back.
Chrissy is outed in the meeting by Ally. She admits to all she lied. She thinks they are all being brainwashed. Across town, Lucy vents to Lois about how she was the one who overdosed to see her other self and how Lois didn’t share that. Lucy records their exchange and then tells Lois to stay away or she will share all of the stuff Lois didn’t put in print. Ally shows Chrissy the video. Chrissy is upset Lois didn’t tell her everything.
Lana and Kyle sit Sarah down. They tell her that people are looking into their family life and Sarah’s suicidal issues from the past. Sarah doesn’t care. Let them. She is stronger and wiser now.
Lois vents to Clark about Lucy, the lies and how she tried to protect her. Meanwhile, the military locates Bizzaro and doesn’t tell Superman. They send three of their own. Bizzaro kills two of them. Clark overhears this and arrives to fight. John suits up but his suit and the hammer isn’t operational fully. He gives his all to fight Bizzaro but gets injured. Superman brings him back to earth with what appears to be a brain injury.
Lois tells Natalie her dad is in the hospital. The head there. Superman is there. She gets mad at him. He was supposed to keep her dad safe. Meanwhile, Kyle warns Lana’s opponent. He needs to keep way from Sarah. Lana tells Kyle to let it go.
Kyle heads to the local bar and speaks to the bartender who he appears to have had a romantic relationship with. Meanwhile, Lois tries to talk to Chrissy who is talking to Ally.
