The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) will be part of a shocking summer storyline when a twist of fate brings drama with someone unexpected. Let’s discuss what we know so far.
B&B Executive Producer and Head Writer Bradley Bell spoke to SOD about what’s ahead for Bill this summer – and his specific wording could offer important clues.
We should look at some of those and try to nail down exactly what’s cooking for Bill.
“Bill is at the right place at the right time and he’s going to take his charm and his power and his good fortune and really make an imprint on this story coming up that we have this summer,” Bell said.
Bell also suggested that Bill’s storyline would involve someone “very unexpected,” so what do all these intriguing hints mean?
First, we should note there’s no mention of romance anywhere.
Unlike other summer preview spoilers where romance is specifically brought up, it’s nowhere to be found when it comes to Bill.
That probably means Bill’s storyline won’t be romantic in nature.
It’s also interesting that Bell mentioned Bill landing in the right place at the right time.
That could point to Bill saving the day in some situation – like stopping Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) following a prison escape or something along those lines.
However, that doesn’t quite fit with Bell’s clues about Bill’s charm and good fortune.
It could be that Bill saves the day in a different way – like if a recovered John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) needs the Spencer jet for an urgent flight to Europe down the road.
It’s easy to imagine Bill charming Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) and using his good fortune to do a big favor for Finn as well as Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).
Maybe Bill could end up in the right place at the right time to help make an epic “Sinn” reunion happen abroad.
Regardless, Bill’s going to find himself in some surprising situation and perhaps come to the rescue from the sound of things.
