The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Brooke Forrester’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) health crisis could change everything. Does Brooke’s missed yearly physical hint at disaster?
During the September 19 episode, Brooke checked her phone during a conversation with Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle).
That led to Brooke explaining that there had been no word from Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye).
Instead, Brooke said she’d received an appointment reminder about her yearly physical, which she’d missed.
Hope acknowledged that Brooke had been busy lately, so we have to wonder if that reminder is more significant than it seems.
After all, B&B writers could’ve just had Brooke receive a message from Katie Logan (Heather Tom) or a reminder about a deadline at work.
Why specifically choose Brooke’s annual physical and have her note that she’d missed it?
It could be a sign that Brooke has a medical issue that needs to be diagnosed. Brooke might be seriously ill and not even know it yet.
Perhaps there’ll be something that’s discovered once Brooke finally gets around to seeing her doctor.
Naturally, that could be a total game-changer when it comes to the battle for Ridge’s heart.
Ridge may end up choosing Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) – only to decide he can’t bail on Brooke when she’s dealing with a major health crisis.
Whether that crisis is cancer or something else, Ridge would want to step up.
Just look how fast Ridge moved back in after Brooke broke her ankle.
Ridge may soon have another medical reason to stand by Brooke, and it may be life-threatening.
In other words, Brooke may finally be able to shut down Taylor as a threat if she’s sick enough.
Of course, Brooke will still have to worry about surviving if that’s the case!
It’ll be interesting to see if that yearly physical clue means something and if it helps Brooke gain the upper hand in the love triangle.
