The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) may get a second chance at romance. Will the pair bond after Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) reunite?
B&B fans know Taylor and Deacon underwent some onscreen chemistry testing earlier this year, but the show ultimately went in another direction.
However, it might be smart to bring this potential pairing back around.
Taylor found Deacon funny and charming, but she knew even friendship was a bad idea due to Ridge’s disdain for him.
If Ridge goes back to Brooke and breaks all his promises, Taylor hopefully won’t care one bit what he thinks anymore.
In fact, growing closer to Deacon might be a good way for Taylor to get a little payback!
It would drive Ridge nuts, so Taylor might as well cozy up to Deacon and create some drama.
As for Deacon, he already thinks Ridge is a disloyal jerk who waffles between two women. Once Ridge follows his usual pattern, Deacon will surely have sympathy for Taylor.
Since Deacon isn’t getting his happy ending with Brooke either, he’ll understand what Taylor’s going through on some level.
It’s easy to imagine Taylor drowning her sorrows at Il Giardino with Deacon as her comforting bartender.
Deacon and Taylor could start out by growing closer as friends, but what about Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown)?
Sheila is perhaps the best reason of all when it comes to making this Taylor and Deacon pairing happen.
Considering Taylor and Sheila’s history, this could explode in some truly horrifying ways.
Sheila would be jealous of Deacon with any woman, but she’d be especially furious over him sniffing around Taylor – and she could easily catch a glimpse of them together if she ventures out in her “Lina” disguise again.
There’s also the possibility of Taylor finding out Deacon is harboring fugitive Sheila in his own home.
This is the lunatic who nearly killed Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan), so Taylor would be livid.
It’d be a great idea to pull Deacon and Taylor together – just to blow them up in spectacular fashion!
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Taylor will need a new love interest once Ridge inevitably reunites with Brooke, so Deacon might get another chance with her.
