The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Eric Forrester (John McCook) will get stuck with Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) after Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) busts his infidelity. Divorce will be the only option left, so let’s talk about Eric’s mindset going into all this.
Although Eric doubts that his marriage can ever truly be repaired, he’s been reluctant to let it go.
Eric still has a connection with Quinn and appreciates the unique aspects of their relationship.
B&B fans know this is about more than just not wanting to hurt Quinn. Eric obviously wants to have his cake and eat it, too!
That’s not fair to Quinn since she’s desperate to fully reconnect and doesn’t understand what she’s doing wrong.
Likewise, Donna has been left in limbo while she pines for a real future with the man she loves.
Fortunately, Eric is starting to realize that a choice must be made. Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) encouraged Eric to get honest with himself and make a decision one way or the other.
Donna has also been in love with her “honey bear” for many years and doesn’t want to share him deep down.
Eric appreciates Donna’s patience throughout all this, but her wait will soon be over.
During the week of June 20-24, Eric will vow to make sure the next chapter is bright for Donna.
It sounds like Eric will lean toward ending his marriage and moving forward with Donna instead.
However, Eric’s plan will go awry once Quinn hits the beach club for lunch with Bridget Forrester (Ashley Jones).
That’ll lead to the discovery that the pickleball court is closed and has been for quite some time.
From there, Quinn will find Eric’s private bungalow and walk in on him in bed with Donna. Bridget will also spy the scandal standing by Quinn’s side, so they’ll both be totally shocked.
In the aftermath, Quinn will unleash her fury and leave Eric feeling guilty that it all went down like this.
If there was ever any hope left for Eric and Quinn’s marriage, it’ll be gone by then.
Quinn will settle down enough to have a real conversation with Eric about where they stand, so they’ll talk about their problems and how things were never the same after what went down with Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor).
Things will never be the same after this Donna cheating fiasco either, so Quinn and Eric will call it quits.
Of course, the choice will really be out of Eric’s hands since there’s no way Quinn will want to repair anything after this.
Divorce will become Eric’s only path forward, so he’ll embrace a new life with Donna. Will Eric live to regret what he’s done and or is this the new beginning he truly needs?
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Eric will have no choice but to stick with Donna, so it works out that he’ll believe she’s the one he wants!
