The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) may come to Brooke Forrester’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) medical rescue. Will an undiagnosed illness throw off Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) scheme to push Brooke out of the picture forever?
Now that this whole CPS situation has played out, it’s easy to see that Thomas framed Brooke to make Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) dump her.
Thomas is hoping Ridge will finally choose Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) and give her the happy ending she’s wanted all along.
Of course, Thomas’ sneaky plan is working so far since Ridge has become downright disgusted over what he believes is Brooke’s deception.
As far as Ridge is concerned, Brooke has been lying to his face repeatedly – and that’s about to drive him down a path forward with Taylor.
However, B&B offered a hint in the September 19 episode about Brooke missing her yearly physical.
Brooke got a notification on her phone reminding her of the missed appointment, so there’s a chance that could become an important part of the story.
What if Brooke has some serious illness that would’ve been diagnosed if she’d just gone to her annual physical when she was supposed to?
Instead, the stress of losing Ridge might make whatever Brooke’s potentially up against even worse.
It’d be smart for the writers to insert Finn in the middle of this drama eventually.
For starters, it’d give Finn something to do besides stand around and be Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) arm candy!
Finn is a doctor, so B&B might as well take advantage of that and show off his skills.
It’s easy to imagine a scenario where Brooke collapses while fighting with Steffy and Taylor.
Finn might have to leap into action at the cliff house or wherever else the medical crisis happens to take place.
Maybe Finn could come to Brooke’s rescue and diagnose an illness that has gone unnoticed until now.
This is the kind of thing that might lead to a turning point where Ridge takes Brooke back.
Between Ridge’s concerns about Brooke and Thomas’ CPS call scheme, there could be some good reasons for a “Bridge” reunion.
