The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) may surprise Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) in Paris. B&B will be filming on location in Europe, so that could serve as a backdrop for Steffy and Finn’s long-awaited reunion.
Here’s what we know so far. Finn and Steffy are going to be on separate journeys this summer, but it’ll all weave together to fit with their epic love story.
After Steffy decides to take some time for herself in Europe with the kids, she’ll bid Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) an emotional farewell.
Meanwhile, Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) will once again push Finn to fight his way back to his family.
There’s a good chance that right as Steffy leaves to catch her flight, we’ll get some moment that lets us know Finn’s still in there somewhere.
Fans might hear Finn’s voice inside his head or see him having some romantic Steffy fantasy while unconscious.
Of course, Jacqueline MacInnes Wood’s maternity leave is why the show’s handling it this way.
Steffy will be in Europe with Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay) and Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Piper Harriot) while Finn tries to get back to his old self.
Finn’s recovery is going to be a slow process, but what’ll keep him going is the thought of reuniting with Steffy along with his son and stepdaughter.
Nevertheless, Steffy will be left in the dark until Finn can truly heal – both mentally and physically.
Li will continue to be there for Finn, and Jack Finnegan (Ted King) will be brought in the loop eventually, too.
Finn will need plenty of support as he fights to awaken and make a full recovery.
Even Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) will become privy to Finn’s survival and want to help him, but she would do more harm than good!
Li will no doubt do everything in her power to keep Sheila away and protect Finn.
Once Wood’s ready for her big comeback following her maternity leave, Finn may finally be feeling back to 100 percent.
At that point, the show may take the dramatic approach by having Finn fly to Steffy and surprise her in person.
That brings us to some intriguing news about B&B filming on location in Europe.
Paris is an awfully romantic locale, so that might be where Finn and Steffy come face to face once again.
Regardless, a reunion filmed in Europe seems likely down the road.
That’s where Steffy’s headed starting the week of May 30-June 3, so all the pieces are coming together for Finn to join her there later.
