The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Friday, April 1 Recap – Steffy Cries Over Finn’s Body – Sheila’s Bullet Hits Wrong Victim

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Friday, April 1, reveals that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) cried over John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) bloody body after Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) bullet hit the wrong victim.

In the alley behind Il Giardino, Steffy pushed Sheila to let go of her. Sheila argued that Steffy was the one who needed to let go of the idea that she had any say in this.

After Sheila insisted she would be in Finn and Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Piper Harriot) life, she tried to calm herself down.

Sheila said she didn’t want anyone to get hurt. She wanted her son’s wife to love and accept her, but Steffy made it clear that wasn’t happening.

At Forrester Creations, Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) discussed their kids’ desire to bring them back together.

Taylor wished Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) would focus on his own future and love life, so Ridge figured she meant like Steffy.

That led to Ridge and Taylor gushing about what a wonderful life Steffy had created with Finn.

Ridge admitted he couldn’t have found a better husband for Steffy if it weren’t for Finn’s mother.

Taylor hinted about the possibility that Sheila had changed, but Ridge said she was as dangerous as ever.

Ridge felt Sheila was a mean, nasty woman – just completely selfish and the kind of person who thrives on pain.

Taylor had to believe that people could change, even Sheila.

Taylor knew what Sheila was capable of and understood she had to be careful, but she wasn’t planted as firmly against Sheila as Ridge was.

At the hospital, Finn was frustrated since Steffy wasn’t texting him back.

Finn tracked Steffy’s location to Il Giardino though his phone and grew concerned, so he got another doctor to cover for him and took off.

In the car, Finn flashed back to Sheila promising she’d never let him down again.

Finn also recalled Steffy ratting Sheila out for setting up Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang).

Finn decided that Sheila was never going to change and that she’d better stay away from his wife.

Back in the alley, Steffy admitted that Finn already knew the truth about the Brooke sabotage.

Sheila still felt she could fix this and thought they could all contain the secret.

Sheila wanted Steffy to stop being so high and mighty since she did this for Steffy’s family.

Steffy called Sheila a liar and knew her mother-in-law only did this because Brooke put her foot down about Hayes.

Sheila was appalled over Steffy being on Brooke’s team now, but Steffy said she was on anyone’s team except Sheila’s.

Sheila warned Steffy that she was on the losing team since no one was going to keep her away from Finn and Hayes, not even Steffy.

However, Steffy argued that Finn would hate Sheila once he heard how she’d been talking to his wife.

Steffy wanted nothing to do with Sheila, who was sick and unhinged. She refused to forgive Sheila for the past and thought she should still be behind bars.

Steffy said Sheila would never have access to Hayes and added that everyone would know the truth.

Sheila argued that she loved Finn more than life itself and thought Steffy should understand that a mother will do anything to protect a bond with a child.

Steffy countered that Sheila didn’t have a relationship with Finn or Hayes.

Steffy warned that Sheila would never see them again, so Sheila was haunted as Steffy’s words echoed in her ears.

Sheila reached for the gun in her bag and fired it – just in time for Finn to appear and dive in front of Steffy.

Finn took the bullet and landed on some garbage nearby, so Steffy freaked over all the blood.

Steffy kept telling Finn to breathe and yelled at Sheila to call for help.

Finn managed to sputter out a few words about his love for Steffy and Hayes, but then he seemingly died – leaving Steffy to wail over his body.

Steffy then turned her attention to Sheila, who was an emotional wreck over what she’d done.

After Steffy called Sheila a monster and warned that she was going to prison for the rest of her life, she started to call 911.

Sheila pointed the gun at Steffy and demanded that she put the phone down, so the situation just kept escalating!

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Finn’s “death” may not be what it appears to be, so don’t miss what’s ahead.
