The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Friday, April 22, tease that Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) will spin out as Deputy Chief Bradley Baker (Dan Martin) quizzes Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) will also get bad news from Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle), so there’ll be some big things happening as Friday’s show gets underway.
At the hospital, Baker will show back up and learn Steffy’s doing much better.
Now that Steffy is more alert, Baker will hope to ask some questions about the shooting and see what Steffy can remember.
Of course, Baker will learn about Steffy’s tricky memory situation.
Steffy still thinks she’s married to Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) – and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) is extremely wary of bursting her daughter’s happy “Steam” bubble right now.
Baker may promise that he won’t intentionally rock that boat, but his priority is solving the case.
B&B spoilers say Baker will insist on speaking with Steffy, who’ll once again want to help.
Ridge will help Baker as they work to jog Steffy’s memory of her violent alley encounter.
They’ll hope that maybe if they ask the right questions, something will click.
Sheila will be a nervous wreck when she realizes the investigation is moving forward.
Sheila will freak over the possibility of Baker knocking Steffy’s memories loose since that’d send Sheila back behind bars.
Sheila will cause a scene by interrupting within the next episode or two. She’ll make some risky moves in this panicked state, so that should lead to more trouble.
Meanwhile, Brooke will get updates from Hope on Steffy’s visit with Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay).
Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) hoped seeing Kelly might ground Steffy in reality, but it only made her more determined to go home as a family – just the three of them.
Steffy even kicked Hope out for some alone time with Liam and Kelly, so Brooke isn’t going to like hearing about any of this.
Nevertheless, Taylor will refuse to upend Steffy’s world with any bombshells related to John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) right now.
Taylor will make it clear that Steffy needs to get stronger emotionally first.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Taylor will have another argument with Brooke – and Hope will naturally take her mother’s side on this.
