The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Friday, April 8, teases that Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) sad state will rock Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) while Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) broken heart needs mending.
At the hospital, Ridge will keep trying to bring Steffy back to the land of the living. He feels like he’s failed to protect Steffy the way a good dad should.
Ridge is desperate for Steffy to hear his plea and come back for her family’s sake. He’ll make another emotional request of Steffy as he struggles with a broken heart.
Ridge can lean on Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) for comfort, but Steffy’s recovery is the only thing that’ll truly help that heartbreak.
Of course, Liam is set to face some heartbreak of his own once he enters Steffy’s hospital room.
The sight of Steffy hooked up to machines and struggling to survive will rock Liam to the core.
All of this will become very real as Liam also pushes Steffy to fight her way back.
Some powerful scenes are coming up for these exes soon, but let’s shift gears and focus on Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) for a moment.
Sheila is hiding a huge secret since she’s responsible for Steffy’s condition as well as John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) own deadly gunshot wound.
Now Sheila is pushing to see her son, but Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) is putting up a major fight.
Taylor is always someone who likes to keep the peace if possible, so she’ll intervene on Friday’s B&B episode.
Sheila would be wise to turn her attention to a lingering issue she hasn’t considered anyway.
Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) still knows Sheila was behind Brooke Forrester’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) New Year’s Eve sabotage.
That secret obviously isn’t as bad as the double shooting, but Sheila still can’t afford for it to get out.
It could lead to a chain reaction of revelations, so Sheila will determine that she’d better find Thomas and threaten him into silence.
