The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Friday, August 19, teases that Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) will face a bit of a work scandal while Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) offers a bear attack explanation.
At Forrester Creations, Quinn and Carter will remain on cloud nine over their reunion. Since Carter and Quinn are so blissfully in love, they can’t keep their hands – or lips – off each other right now.
After Quinn and Carter steal a smooch in the CEO office, they’ll get caught. That could bring a minor work scandal depending on who spies Carter and Quinn’s passionate moment.
Eric Forrester (John McCook) would surely be happy to see Quinn moving on, but it’d still be awkward to watch.
However, a better option for this kiss witness might be Paris Buckingham (Diamond White), who would no doubt face a flurry of complicated emotions.
Part of Paris feels like she dodged a bullet since the wedding was called off. It would’ve been a mistake for Paris to marry a man in love with someone else – and Carter’s kiss with Quinn could serve as further proof.
At the same time, Paris fell fast and hard for her almost husband. Watching Carter so content with Quinn could be a reminder of the happily ever after Paris lost.
Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz) might think it’s rather cruel for Quinn and Carter to flaunt their bliss around the office.
If Zende pops up and finds out what’s going on, he may scold Carter and Quinn for being insensitive.
Whatever the case, Carter and Quinn won’t let any drama hold them back from happiness. Things will keep moving in a positive direction, but there’ll have to be a crushing breakup blow down the road.
Rena Sofer’s departure decision will inevitably affect what Carter & Quinn’s future looks like. In other words, Carter had better enjoy his romance with Quinn while he still can!
Speaking of romance, love will definitely be in the air at the cliff house. That’s where John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) will come home from the hospital and treat Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) to another wonderful evening together.
Steffy and Finn will continue to marvel at their reunion, which proved their love could conquer just about anything.
Now Finn and Steffy can plan the next phase of their love story – though they’ll take some time to just be in the moment, too.
Although Finn and Steffy think Sheila is deceased, she just proved she’s alive and well. Sheila will offer an explanation to a confused and panicked Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) on Friday’s B&B episode.
It sounds like Sheila will reveal how she faked her death using this bear attack – and she should be awfully proud of herself for pulling off such an elaborate trick.
Deacon will fume over Sheila duping him into sleeping with her, but she may point out that he thoroughly enjoyed it.
Sheila will think Deacon needs to chill out, but that’ll be impossible – particularly when his parole officer, Jordan (Steven Christopher Parker), knocks on the door.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Deacon will have to cover for Sheila and hope he can save himself in the process.
