The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Friday, July 29, reveals that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) had a joyful reunion with Kelly Spencer (Remington Blaire Evans) and Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Piper Harriot). Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) was also missing in Monaco, so Finn ultimately took off to find her.
At Forrester Creations on Friday’s B&B episode, Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) helped spread the news of Finn’s survival.
Thomas Forrester (Matthew Aktinson), Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Eric Forrester (John McCook) were all over the moon.
On Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) jet, Finn was too excited to sleep and left Steffy another voicemail.
Since they’d be landing soon, Finn looked forward to finally reuniting with his family.
In Monaco, Steffy’s therapist admitted to Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) that she wasn’t sure of their daughter’s exact location.
Steffy sometimes took time on her own as part of the healing process.
Once Taylor and Ridge were alone, Ridge answered a call from Bill and put it on speakerphone.
That brought updates on Finn being alive – and then Bill handed Finn the phone so he could explain for himself.
Finn admitted Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) nursed him back to health before Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) got involved.
After Finn suggested it was a long story, he talked about being desperate to get in touch with Steffy.
Taylor cried with relief while Ridge beamed over this amazing turn of events.
Finn confirmed that the plane would be landing in Monaco soon and eventually arrived at the door.
Ridge hugged Finn excitedly before Taylor pulled him into an emotional embrace as well.
Taylor and Ridge couldn’t get over this miracle, which brought a tender moment of Ridge expressing his gratitude to Bill.
Although Ridge said he was in Bill’s debt, Bill assured him that he was just happy to help.
Once Bill was gone, Ridge tracked down Kelly and Hayes so they could share a warm reunion with Finn, too.
That led to some sweet moments as Finn cuddled with Hayes and Kelly on the sofa.
Kelly made Finn pinky promise not to leave them again and pointed out that Mommy had been so sad.
Finn then borrowed Taylor’s phone and decided to check out a favorite spot that Steffy had mentioned in case she might be there.
Meanwhile, Steffy overlooked a gorgeous view and kept wondering why Finn had left her.
B&B fans watched as Steffy gazed at a locket, which contained photos with Finn and the kids.
After searching the Monaco streets, Finn stumbled upon someone who looked just like Steffy from behind.
As the woman began to turn, Finn smiled thinking he had finally found Steffy.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say this will actually be a reunion fake-out, but the real thing’s coming up later during the week of August 1-5.
