The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Friday, October 14, reveals that Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) raced to heartbroken Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) while Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) and Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) bedroom passion erupted.
In Aspen on Friday’s B&B episode, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) made fun of Ridge over the pinecone incident, but she was happy he came to his senses.
Once Steffy got Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) on speakerphone, Thomas praised Ridge for putting trust in a family he could really have faith in.
Taylor agreed as she hugged Ridge, who seemed a bit pensive over her shoulder.
After Steffy decided she should head home and give her parents some alone time, she stepped out of the room with Taylor.
Thomas called Ridge back to speak with him about Brooke and acted like it was awful that she still wouldn’t confess the CPS call.
Ridge asked if Thomas ever heard back from CPS, but Thomas admitted he hadn’t.
Once Thomas thanked Ridge for sticking up for his relationship with Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri), he urged his dad to forget about Brooke and focus on Taylor.
On the Forrester jet, Brooke curled up and cried alone. After Brooke gazed at a phone pic of herself with Ridge, she sighed through more tears.
The plane eventually landed, so Brooke seemed distraught as the pilot welcomed “Mrs. Forrester” home to Los Angeles.
Back in Aspen, Taylor and Ridge realized that Steffy had set the mood for romance in the bedroom.
After Taylor said they’d waited a long time for this, Ridge apologized for making her wait. Taylor pointed out that Ridge was here now before they kissed passionately and fell back onto the bed.
Once Ridge and Taylor made love, Taylor admitted it was worth the wait and asked if she was dreaming.
After Taylor said she loved Ridge so much, he told Taylor that he loved her, too. Later, Ridge looked deep in thought while Taylor slept beside him.
At Il Giardino, Bill thanked Katie Logan (Heather Tom) for meeting him and made a heartfelt reunion pitch.
Katie was impressed, but she had to wonder how Bill would feel if Brooke was still available.
If Brooke was the great love of Bill’s life, then what was Katie? Bill assured Katie that she was his focus now and reminded her that Brooke was married to Ridge.
However, Katie asked if Bill could honestly stay away if Brooke was single.
Although Katie wanted to reconcile on some level and believed Bill loved her, she couldn’t live with the fact that he also loved Brooke.
Katie told Bill goodbye and walked out on him, so he was alone when Othello (Othello Clark) called with updates on the end of Brooke’s marriage.
Othello explained the intense scene he witnessed between Brooke and Ridge before revealing that Brooke was on her way back to LA.
Soon after, Bill showed up on an emotional Brooke’s doorstep.
Brooke asked why Bill was there, so he assured her that he meant it when he said he’d always be there for her.
Once Brooke let Bill in, she admitted that Ridge left her for Taylor. Brooke cried over not knowing why and let Bill pull her into a warm embrace.
At Forrester Creations, Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) could tell that Katie was upset and urged her to talk to him.
Katie confessed that Bill wanted to make up for his mistakes and win her back.
Carter asked if that wasn’t a good thing, so Katie said it was a great thing.
Nevertheless, Katie had to wonder if Bill would be on Brooke’s doorstep if she was available. Katie added that she just didn’t want to go through that again.
