The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Friday, September 9, reveals that Hayes Finnegan (Iliana and Vienna Norris) reunited with a disguised Grandma Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) while Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) ordered Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) to stop her campaign.
At Deacon Sharpe’s (Sean Kanan) place, he caught Sheila looking at John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) picture on her phone and warned her to stop obsessing.
Deacon reminded Sheila that everyone thought she was dead and warned her not to pull any other crazy stunts. Nevertheless, Sheila refused to quit and gazed mischievously at her disguise after Deacon went to work.
At the cliff house on Friday’s B&B episode, Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) was there for a visit with Finn and Hayes. Finn praised Li’s grandma skills and shared some sweet moments with her while Hayes was down for his nap.
Both Li and Finn were happy to have defied death. Li reflected on the trauma she went through because of Sheila, but Finn insisted his birth mom wouldn’t hurt them again and wouldn’t be part of their future.
While Finn was hugging Li, Sheila showed up in disguise and spied their close connection. Li ultimately left, but Sheila continued to lurk as Finn took a work call and went into the other room for his laptop.
Finn left Hayes in the playpen, so Sheila saw her beloved grandson and just couldn’t stay away. Once Sheila entered through the back door and inched closer, she touched Hayes’ hair and hinted about him coming to Grandma.
At Brooke’s place, Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) gushed over being back together with Eric Forrester (John McCook). Both Brooke and Katie Logan (Heather Tom) were thrilled for Donna, but Brooke admitted her concerns about Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye).
Katie and Donna weren’t pleased over Brooke being left out of Forrester gatherings. Brooke ranted about Douglas Forrester (Django Ferri) getting caught in the middle, so Katie didn’t approve of him being taken from Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle).
Brooke also complained about Taylor trying to drive a wedge and knew she had to be careful when it came to opposing Ridge’s view of Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson).
After Brooke headed to the office, Donna and Katie said they didn’t blame Brooke for being worried about Thomas considering his history. Katie added that Brooke might be right about the attack on her marriage, too.
At Forrester Creations, Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) modeled a gown designed by Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz) since one of the actual models called in sick. Zende got praise from Paris and Thomas along with Taylor once she arrived.
In a moment alone, Taylor sat at Ridge’s desk and gazed at family photos. Brooke found Taylor and suggested she shouldn’t be surprised since her rival had been popping up everywhere these days.
Taylor said Ridge wasn’t at the office, but Brooke snapped that she knew where her husband was. The latest Forrester family soiree came up, so Taylor noted that they had a wonderful time.
Brooke pointed out that Douglas didn’t come home after yet another night away from the cabin. Taylor argued that Douglas was hanging out with his father and added that they had a lot of time to make up for.
Brooke claimed she didn’t want things to escalate, but Taylor thought it was a little late for that since she was still cleaning paint out of her ears. However, Brooke felt she wasn’t getting through to Taylor and decided to be more direct.
When it came to this campaign to take Douglas away from Hope and Ridge away from his wife, Brooke warned that it stopped today. Since Brooke refused to let Douglas and Ridge be taken from their homes, she asked if Taylor understood.
