B&B tends to have characters overhear secrets in situations like this, so we have to consider who might eavesdrop.
Now that Hope is irritated over this selfie situation, it makes sense to have her find out what Ridge did.
Hope complained since she wanted a normal moment of taking a picture with her parents, but she ultimately had to delete it due to Ridge’s potential reaction.
You can bet Hope will be furious if she finds out Ridge was off kissing Taylor in Monaco.
Hope wants to believe things will work out in Brooke’s marriage because that’s what her mother wants.
However, Hope’s feelings could change now that Ridge has once again drifted back to Taylor.
Perhaps Hope will start to see Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) as a better option for Brooke.
That’s especially true since Hope and Deacon recently had a conversation about Ridge’s lack of commitment.
Maybe Hope will get on Deacon’s side of this argument.
Hope might contend that Ridge will never truly make Brooke happy – at least not for long since he constantly ends up moving back in Taylor’s direction.
This would be a great way to shift Hope’s support to a Brooke and Deacon reunion.
Regardless, someone has to find out about Ridge and Taylor’s passion erupting in the form of a lip lock. What happens in Monaco doesn’t stay in Monaco!
Taylor and Ridge will no doubt keep discussing this secret where someone like Hope could overhear.
Hope could easily be the person who uncovers the truth and exposes it to Brooke down the road.
