The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that fans are wondering: Is John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) dead or alive? Here’s what we know so far!
B&B fans watched as Finn dove in front of Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and shielded her from the bullet Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) fired.
Finn appeared to die moments later, that doesn’t really add up when we consider upcoming spoilers.
During the week of April 4-8, Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) will freak over the situation at Il Giardino.
Soon after, Deacon will try to console a panicked Sheila – and then Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) will play referee between Sheila and Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda).
Now Deacon may tolerate Sheila’s pestering most days, but there’s no way he would comfort Sheila if he realized she just murdered her own son and tried to kill Steffy.
Deacon would surely call the cops on this psycho and send her right back to jail.
Taylor also wouldn’t be playing referee if anyone knew the truth about Sheila’s actions.
Sheila would be handcuffed at the police station, not free to face off with Li.
There’s also no universe in which Steffy doesn’t rat Sheila out if she’s able to.
Something’s going to prevent Steffy from telling the truth while all the drama’s playing out.
With all that in mind, perhaps Sheila will indeed shoot Steffy or get into a struggle with her over the gun.
Steffy might even fall and hit her head – leaving Sheila panicked over the two bodies in front of her.
Sheila could easily hide around the corner while Deacon appears and wonders what the heck happened.
Then, Sheila could approach and play innocent – demanding to know who would do this to her precious baby boy and his wife!
Deacon could then comfort Sheila and realize that perhaps Finn is breathing after all.
The paramedics could take both Steffy and Finn to the hospital, where Sheila could end up fighting with Li like the spoilers indicate.
Meanwhile, we’ve got Bridget Forrester (Ashley Jones) back to serve as the doctor who can fight to save some lives.
We could end up with a double coma situation at first, but Finn could ultimately wake up unable to recall what went down.
There are other spoilers about Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson), Taylor and Steffy all coming together as a family, but that doesn’t mean Steffy will be conscious for it!
Ridge will make a tearful request of Steffy, so could that involve pleading with his comatose daughter to come back to them?
Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) will also praise Steffy for all the good things she’s done – potentially in a moment by her hospital bedside.
During the week of April 11-15, a deep connection will form following a scary near-death experience.
Sheila will also get her heart’s desire – something she’s always wanted.
The spoilers could line up for Finn to wake up and bond with Sheila while Steffy remains comatose.
Finn may not be able to recall what went down. Without those memories, why would Finn think the birth mother who adores him would shoot him?
While Steffy’s down for the count – and perhaps while Jacqueline MacInnes Wood is out on maternity leave – Finn could form this deep connection with Sheila.
Finn could give her the family she’s always wanted and let her see Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Piper Harriot) as part of that plan.
If Finn dies, how will Sheila get what she’s always craved?
You could argue that spending time with Hayes would count, but who’s going to let her do that? Certainly not Steffy if she’s awake!
And what about the near-death experience creating a connection? How can it be a near-death experience if Finn’s gone for good?
This whole thing seems to hinge on Finn surviving and having some memory loss while Steffy remains comatose – unable to tell Finn that Sheila is a murderous monster who nearly killed them both.
We’ll see how it all plays out, but there’s nothing to confirm Finn’s truly dead at this point.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers suggest Finn could still bond with Sheila and leave her with another horrible secret to keep under wraps.
